We used Guelph Tent and Event Rentals for our tent, tables and chairs last weekend for our Wedding reception in our backyard. The service from Laura and Kelly was outstanding throughout the entire process (quoting, booking and right up to our event). These ladies answered all our questions promptly and put our minds at ease! We chose to have the 'Father of the Bride' lighting in our tent, which did not disappoint. Thank-you Guelph Tents for turning our backyard wedding into a fairytale and for superior service. We will be back and we have already had guests asking where we got our rentals!

Guelph Tent & Events provided the harvest tables, chairs & other rental items for our backyard wedding, and we absolutely loved them. The harvest tables tied our whole wedding vision together, and were nicer than I had imagined. Guelph Tents delivered and picked up exactly when we had arranged for, and were very responsive over email. One thing to note is that they don't set everything up when they drop off, so we had to set it all up ourselves - good thing we had some strong arms around! Overall we were very happy, and they provided everything we had asked for.

The office staff were prompt in organizing the paperwork. The set up of the tent and tear down was quick and easy, very efficient workers. The quality of the tent was first class especially the lights at night gave it a perfect ambiance as everyone enjoyed dancing on the dance floor. We highly recommend it.

Wow! I can’t rave about Guelph Tent Rentals’ service enough. Laura and her team genuinely care about their clients and are beyond understanding throughout the entire process. Even through a pandemic! We initially booked our wedding with Laura for summer 2020 – then COVID hit and it forced us to reschedule to 2021. Laura was there for us and reached out almost immediately to see how she could help us navigate the planning. Ultimately, we decided to reschedule for 2021 as we wanted to celebrate with all of our friends and family. Now here we are, almost a year into the pandemic and had to make the difficult decision to cancel our reception altogether. I reached out to Laura to advise her that we were going to have to cancel and without hesitation, she emailed back to express her sympathy and fully refunded our deposit. We faced many losses from other vendors who’s simple response was that we were out of luck and they would not be helping at all. Understandably, the pandemic has been hard on the event industry, but the way Laura handled this situation was a true testament to the care this family business puts towards their couples. Throughout this entire ride, they worked with us to support decisions that made the most sense to us, not their bottom dollar. If you are looking for a company that truly cares for their clients, I strongly recommend Guelph Tent Rentals. They provide quality and care in their products and service from the beginning to end. Couldn't be happier with Guelph Tent & Event Rentals for our micro-backyard wedding. They've been nothing but accommodating throughout the past few months. They were very responsive with any questions I've had. We got the tent, chairs, dance floor, canopy lights and heater and was happy with everything. We rented a 20x40 and 20x20 tent, along with garden white chairs for the ceremony, natural cross back chairs for the reception and their natural harvest tables. The harvest tables were BEAUTIFUL and rly made the space. The tents were attached together to make a 20x60 space and looked fantastic and very classy with their tall peaks. The staff that did the set up and tear down were so friendly, we had got a huge amount of rain the day they came to set up and they were willing to work with us to avoid driving the truck on our lawn (they unloaded into a trailer we use for yardwork and then we towed it to the tent spot with a tractor to help avoid damaging the lawn). Despite the setback, the tent was set up very quickly and all the staff remained very friendly and professional.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined dealing with the most genuine, friendly, and caring people to hold a roof over my guests heads for my wedding day this past weekend. A gorgeous roof might I add. Every single person I had the pleasure of dealing with at Guelph Tents was amazing. From the year of planning, set up, to tear down, I was blown away by their customer service and politeness in helping me make my wedding day beyond perfect. My husband and I rented the Aurora tent, dance floor, lighting, xback chairs, white chairs, tables, and 2 different sets of bars and it all came together beautifully. I had so many guests compliment the entire day and a lot of that had to do with our gorgeous tent and the set up of our reception beneath it. Laura, I can’t thank you enough for being so kind to me, my now husband, and family over the past year and a half. I suppose you can rent a tent from anyone, but I would never go elsewhere than Guelph Tents. They truly made this entire experience a dream for me, so thank you!

We left 3 voicemails. No response. Emailed, got a response saying they'd love to arrange a meeting, we sent an email back. Never heard from them again. Voicemails and email. Really?!! Update***I guess they take to reading bad reviews and then scolding the reviewer after. Received a response to my review, in which they've deleted now(probably because they didn't want customers seeing the unprofessional response). Should have taken a screen shot! Who knew! Lol. Don't worry Guelph Tents, our business has been taken elsewhere. Well before your scolding response. Oh and while you blame my review on my "nastiness" you'll notice with the rest of reviews are incredibly generous and fair, aside from when I deal with unprofessional businesses. ✌

Guelph tent rentals were our saviors during the pandemic, when our original wedding got cancelled we had to quickly re-plan our wedding in 3 months to an outdoor one. Guelph tent rentals was amazing to work with, flexible and so understanding about our situation. The set up was fast and efficient and so was the take down. I high recommend working with this company for any table, chairs or tent rentals you may need!

Fantastic experience with Guelph Tent Rentals. Couldn't recommend them enough. We rented a marquee tent for a bridal shower and from the very beginning, we were blown away by every aspect of their service. We were dealing with a family member being in the hospital while trying to plan a shower to be hosted at our family home but we didn't ever have to worry with Guelph Tent Rentals. Laura was brilliant - responsive, caring and went above and beyond to help us to organize while we were managing with a personal family matter at the same time. I would highly recommed Guelph Tent and Event Rentals for anyone looking to have an outdoor wedding or party. We rented to 42' Aurora tent, gold chairs, white harvest tables and a 12x12 dance floor and everything looked fabulous. The tent had lighting installed as well which looked amazing at night. The delivery, set up and take down went smoothly. It was overall a very positive experience and I couldn't have put together such a beautful backyard wedding without their help!

I'm from Cambridge and I called up Guelph Tent & Event Rentals because they were local. Both Laura and Aldo came to my house to scope out what was possible for my backyard wedding. After that we conversed by email nailing out the fine details of what we wanted for our wedding. After that the only work I had to do was get a permit from city hall. Aldo's son and his team came 4-5 days before the wedding and set up the tent which was great because it allowed us to start decorating and planning how we were going to arrange everything. We rented a 30x30 tent, 10 tables and 60 chairs, and the price was very fair! The only thing I'd recommend being mindful of is the pick up time. If I recall the team dismantled the entire tent around noon the next day. Thankfully me and my friends had already folded the tables and chairs before that. Overall I was very satisfied with this company and would utilize them again should I host another large event.
