I cannot say enough good things about Sam, Mark & the whole Bite team! They are the best!! My husband and I booked Bite in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. When we rescheduled due to the pandemic, Bite was extremely flexible and accommodating and did not penalize us in any way for rescheduling. They were such a positive part of a very stressful time. Sam and Mark were flexible, accommodating, provided excellent service both leading up to the event and during the wedding. Not to mention - the food was incredible! The meals were delicious and they created some custom food options upon our request that were excellent. We have had sooo many compliments on the food at our wedding. Our guests were obsessed! I wish I could have Sam cook for me everyday. Thanks Bite for everything you did to make our big day incredible!

We were blown away by how awesome our at-home wedding reception turned out! Planning for 25 guests in our home during the pandemic, we contacted BITE to do the catering. Sam agreed to a date and came out to do a site survey. We were reassured that he had great ideas and a range of alternate plans to make our event absolutely perfect. On the day of our wedding last month, we arrived back from the ceremony to find everything unfolding so perfectly: the bar area, the appetizer service, the buffet layout all operating super smoothly. All our guests (including people from cities across Canada and the US) just raved about the awesome food, and the friendly professional service. In fact, many commented that this was the best dining experience they have ever had at a wedding reception. We had Bite come in to cater our works Christmas lunch for both our day and afternoon shift. They did a traditional turkey breast dinner with mash, root vegetables and stuffing. We have had various caterers through the years but this was easily the best. We have some very picky employees when it comes to food but the reviews were unanimously positive. My favorite parts were the big juicy turkey breast pieces and the amazing stuffing. Thanks Bite!

Bite Guelph catered our wedding and took care of rentals for us in August 2017. From the start, we knew we were in good hands with Sam and his team. They were quick to respond to emails and change requests. Their management skills were a bonus, as the food we had for the wedding was all the RAVE and deserves a 5 star rating by itself. From the charcuterie and cheese boards, to the salads, potatoes, green beans, chicken and beef, the wonderful desert table and the late night tacos- everything tasted amazing and we received numerous compliments from our guests. Our only regret is we wished we ate more of the delicious food! I would definitely recommend Bite Guelph for your next catered event!

Went to a wedding that had bite working. The food was small portions and some stuff was undercooked and even cold still. and the servers were grumpy and didn’t smile. Was very unwelcoming and one of the bartenders ran up and slapped a drink out of my hand because they thought I was underaged and then didn’t apologize for it afterwards. Would not recommend.

Had the pleasure of Sam & Mark catering our Anniversary Dinner, and they did not disappoint! The food was prepared at Bite Guelph's kitchen, and finished in our home. Sam's culinary experience, professionalism & dedication to creating an exceptional dinner for us, was on high display! He was able to coordinate a simple, yet unique menu in our kitchen and delivered every aspect of a 5 Star meal! Mark's professionalism in service, added the extra touch to a very special night! Everything from setting the table, serving the meal and to clearing & cleaning the dishes made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the night! Thank you again for sharing the evening with us - We will definitely be using Bite Guelph again in the very near future!

Sam (BITE Guelph) Catered my wedding last weekend. 5 star reviews all around. The Salmon was fabulous, the chicken was juicy, the vegetarian dish was incredible. And not a single gluten eater could tell he did the whole menu gluten free (we had several guests with celiac disease). Had everyone talking about how it was the best food they've ever been served at a wedding. Would absolutely recommend BITE Guelph. A huge thank you to Sam and his staff for the perfection they produced on my big day.

We are so happy we chose Bite to cater our August wedding. Having delicious food at our wedding was really important us, and we booked them early on in the planning process after reading many positive reviews. From the get-go Sam and Mark were very attentive and responsive. They were also really flexible when it came to the changing circumstances of our wedding due to the pandemic which we appreciated so much. In addition to chatting about the menu, they went above and beyond to help us to organize the rentals we needed for our wedding and provided invaluable feedback when it came to our many questions. On our big day, all the servers were incredibly professional and personable. We’ve heard from multiple guests that Bite prepared the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and we agree!

My now wife and I got married in August 2021, and we couldn't be happier with our experience having Bite as our caterer. Leading up to the day, we were so impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness with our many questions/changes. A bonus was how familiar they were with our other vendors, including the rental service. Having that firsthand experience with what items we would need and in what quantities was so helpful in planning our day. The dinner service went smoothly, and while we were having so much fun that we only just had a few bites of our meal, we were nevertheless impressed, and heard rave reviews from many of our guests. We had a cottage pie bought for us (ordered and paid for online) and delivered as a surprise to our door (contactless) during the quarantine. Was really delicious! Great comfort food. Lots of flavourful meat filling under a whipped potato top. We paid it forward and bought one for our neighbours who have a frontline worker in their household. Have also had the chicken pot pie....an abundance of chunks of chicken and veg in a decadent pastry!

Fantastic! I used Bite for an event at work. Delivered on time, helped with the set up and the presentation was beautiful! Of course the food was delicious! I ordered a meat charcuterie and a cheese charcuterie with freshly made cristini and hot apple cider they make themselves. Disposable dishware was included in the service fee - it was all perfect. They arrived exactly when I expected the next day to pick up their serving trays and such. Will absolutely use them again!

Just bought for the first time - some frozen food and fresh food for Easter. We've had the lentil loaves, tomato soup and mac and cheese so far and they are all outstanding. I hope this service continues once the pandemic is over!

We ordered our company Christmas meal with Bite, and we'll be calling again next year. The food was amazing. Everyone commented on how delicious it was. We picked it up, and it still arrived back at our party piping hot. Placing the order was easy. Only thing to note for those picking up is they are hidden in the back of the Ignatius Centre. Thanks for making our party easy!

Like all sensible people, I have been on a lifetime search for Canada's best butter tart ...and I found it today at Bite Guelph! The pastry is deliciously flakey and the filling a divine combo of buttery flavour and just enough sweetness. Moreover, the filling was that (so hard to find) slightly liquid consistency. This tart is a lifechanger. YUM!!!

It was very important to us to serve our guests good, hot food. The food was steaming hot, plentiful, and absolutely delicious!
