their flowers were beautiful my uncle ordered some for my grand parents and they sent a gorgeous bouquet and it was more than expected

Very disappointing. I get it things happen and stock can become unavailable, but to take it upon themselves and pick out something totally different, I personally don’t think that’s ok. I picked this out basically with THAT vase in mind. And to get something not even in the same ballpark is not ok. If something is not available they should 100% contact you (the paying customer) and tell you as much. And give you the option of picking out something else.

The ladies at Thoms were fantastic!! I am in BC and I called in an order for my mother in law who is in the hospital at Christmas. The arrangement was beautiful and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the angel I ordered for the arrangement was accidently missed. No worries though because after calling the ladies at Thoms they got that angel delivered to my mother in law the same day! My mother in law LOVES it! It's our little angel watching over her since we can't be there ourselves ????

Flowers were never delivered to my mother in law. No call was placed for the delivery to her. Placed order On a Saturday online with confirmation delivery to be Monday. Pretty bummed my mother in law didn’t get her flowers for Mother’s Day especially with being unable to visit - this was supposed to be a sweet “pick me up” surprise.

Thoms has always gone above and beyond with both flowers and service. This time didn't disappoint. They called me in British Columbia to explain that they didn't have the exact types of flowers that I had ordered as Mother's day had wiped them out. With Covid making it difficult and longer to replenish. They went on to say that they would do the best they could to make it as nice as possible, even using more expensive flowers. My mother has loved every bouquet I have ordered over the years all from Thoms. Only shop I order from!!

My sisters, my daughter and I all sent flowers recently to a wake for another sister who had just passed. The flowers that arrived were wilting and very close to being dead. When my sister called to complain she was told the flowers were in pristine condition. I guess we were all wrong. I will never order flowers from Thoms Flowers again. If they are used as the default florist for the Glace Bay area for online orders someone in the florist organization should explore other options.

Indeed Maritimes residents are some of the kindest on the planet, but the folks at Thoms Flowers may just be among the best. I inquired how I might be able to add an extra (non-floral) item to a flower order for a funeral, and the fine folks at Thoms volunteered their time to indulge my request.
