Bad experience for my bride's wedding. From the beginning things were not organized. We arrived for our initial meeting with the coordinator, which was switched to another person without us being asked to. The coordinator made us wait 30 minutes as she was dealing with another guests without excusing herself, and rushed us into making our decisions when we were with her. We were told the DJ was to contact us and this never occurred, hence leading to a night where we were asked by the DJ to download all our cultural songs the night before my friend's wedding. DJ was rude when he was asked to play the proper music as requested. Clearly there was a communication problem between the event coordinator and her vendors. Food was removed at 9:30 when normally it should be available for anyone who wanted seconds. Although decorations was nice, you have just lost a potential customer due to helping my friend for her wedding and not being impressed by the numerous amount of complications and the continuos changes being made. Geoffrey was great, at making sure everything was made to be but his coworker who ended up being our event coordinator was not. For an all inclusive event space, we would of appreciated more flexibility and not forceable times for an event.

The decoration and food was great, but the customer service was absolutely attrocious. For a venue that tells you they will take care of everything, we found ourselves running around after them and their schedule a lot. The wedding coordinator worked on her own time and was not acommodating to our schedules at all. Cake is cut on their time. You also have to pick up after yourself after an exhausting night instead of coming back the day after. The DJ was not organized and rude the whole time. Even though we made him a spreadsheet and provided him with a USB key with all the songs. Apparently, he “doesn’t really do this.” A little dissapointed to say the least.

I had my wedding reception here June 15th, 2019 and I realized I never wrote a review on Google. :) It has almost been a year now and people still talk about the food, drinks, and dancing/music! We had a closed bar and the prices were very good. I remember changing my mind last minute and asking for head table dinner service, and they did it no questions asked! I wanted to mention that we also had a positive experience with our DJ! He contacted us about 2 weeks prior asking what music we liked, and he even downloaded oddball songs for us! He incorporated music for a game (on the spot!), and played the music for my sister in law's rap. :) Here is what I posted on their Facebook last year: "We just had our wedding reception here an absolutely loved it! Not only did they do a beautiful job setting up the venue decor, but they went above and beyond to make us happy. Our colour scheme was a bit out of the ordinary (orange + mint) but they really pulled it together. The servers were very polite, and everyone raved about the food. The DJ service that is also included is phenomenal. The cake that is included, A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my wedding reception! 10/10" Overall, very friendly staff and very well organized!!! Thank you so much a year later!

Very disappointed of what they did on my sister's wedding. The venue we had talked about wasn't completely respected (not what we agreed about). The costumer service was great at first, but they didn't respect our demands on the day of the wedding. They promised us a room in the basement to change, because of the numerous bridesmaids, and when we arrived they said they couldn't open the room. The manager was not there, as he promised he would. Lastly, the food was a DISASTER. Did not serve what we paid for (we paid for lamb shank and we've received a disgusting beef stew). We also asked for a hot couscous and received a miserable salad of couscous. Dry and unseasoned potatoes. Just a disaster. They didn't even warned us that they wouldn't serve our menu and the manager demanded an UPFRONT payment and was not responding to our calls days after the wedding so we can get part of our money back.

Overall it is between 5 star and 4.5. first understand that 5 star is referred to the context and the clientele. There is enough spaces foe parking. There is no rush you can have your meal, enjoy your time. for an average party of a 100 people the space is enough. The service is quite well as you can expect.I think for the party I attended sometgung more would have been added for the food (either the quantity or the variety)
