I've been to Infinity both as a wedding photographer and as a guest to an event, and every time I am very happy with my experience. The space is very modern and extremely clean and well kept. I Photographed a reception there the second day after opening and the service was wonderful. I've been back countless times for weddings, they have great light in a nice stairwell which is a good alternative on a rainy day. The staff are amazing, the food is great and it's in a central location with a ton of parking!

We were here for a New Year’s Eve party. The venue is ideal for situations such as these. It is spacious, modern, and only one or two hundred metres from the doors of a hotel (Holiday Inn Express). The only thing holding me back from a five star rating is some novel, jaw-dropping accessory such as an elaborate fountain or other decorative, high maintenance, conversation piece on the inside.

The prep suites are nice and the infinity centre staff were all amazing. Great service from the manager and all the bar/wait staff! Lobby is a little small and was hard to fit people for cocktail hour. Building was average, but definitely a good experience here.

Last weekend, we had our own wedding here and every single staffer (from food services to the planning coordinator, Stephanie) completely nailed it. We brought them an idea and they just ran with it. It was mind blowing how they just 'got us' and turned one evening in to a lifetime of memories that we'll cherish and forever be grateful for. Can we talk about the food now? Imagine 135 faces with that look that they have just tasted the most delicious food that they have ever had in their lives! No joke, people are still raving at the quality and tastes. May I talk about the sound and lights capabilities of this world-class, high-tech venue? Kyle worked with me to execute complex lighting and sound queues that blew the guests out of their seats! Again, with all of our heart, thank you for having us. We'll be recommending only you, to every unwed person we know.

I originally wanted to book my wedding here but they told us no outside food or drinks...yet I just went to a wedding at Infinity and they had infinity cater the wedding but McDonalds cheese burgers for midnight buffet...and this isnt the first time I heard this...figure it out!! Only thing this place has going for it is its looks...dont judge a book by its cover...this one is VERY misleading TO YOUR RESPONSE: WE WERE TOLD NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED WHEN WE ASKED FOR OUR WEDDING, QUIT MAKING EXCUSES. YOU ARE LYING JUST TO GET OUT OF A TRUTHFUL NEGATIVE REVIEW. REGARDLESS THE FOOD COOKED BY YOUR STAFF WAS STILL HORRIBLE. SALTY GNOCCI, SALTY EVERYTHING. Everyone says that wedding planning can be a downright stressful experience, however I believe that I may have been the luckiest bride this year. As I got to deal with some of the sweetest, helpful, most professional people at the Infinity Convention Centre. The Beautiful interior design is what brought me to this amazing venue but it was the staff that made me want to seal the deal. Just spent a week at a training event in this venue. The decor was lovely and bright. The food was very fresh, there was quite a bit of variety and the service was excellent. We especially loved Fran, one of the servers who always had a smile for us! I hope to get to train at this venue again in the future.

So when it came time to choose a venue in Ottawa that met all of our needs, we were so fortunate to find out Infinity would be built in time for our big day. From the first moment we met the staff and stepped foot onto the site, we knew this would be the perfect location for our wedding reception. With its clean and modern look, we really could do anything with the space that we wanted to. Our experiences with Sharron, Chris, Rania, Jo-Anne, Kyle, Michael and Jason were always positive and they worked diligently to make sure that all of our wants and needs were met. I have never met a more kind and honestly caring set of individuals who work as a team to bring together the perfect event for their clients. Our food was outstanding, they constantly bent over backwards to make sure that everything was perfect, and we honestly cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us and our families on this special day. As a bride, our wedding day was perfect because of the work they did and as a planner, it was great to work with a venue with such a high standard of service and professionalism. I recommend this venue to any couples in search of the perfect one-stop-shop in Ottawa-- we are so so blessed to have been able to work with the team and this venue!! Thank you x 100.

Attended a recent wedding reception here. Besides being a stunning hall, the food and servers were amazing. The presentation, quality, and flavours in our meals (lamb chops, roast beef, gnocchi...) were to die for. The servers were friendly, polite and professional (something few of the other halls in Ottawa seem to focus on). Only downside, bartenders were not the best at mixed drinks. Beautiful place for a wedding memory.

I’ve never actually attended an event at this convention centre before, but I live directly across from it. Almost every Friday and Saturday night there is loud music playing and the bass resonates late into the night. It’s really difficult to get some sleep during those nights, especially when you have to work 16 hours the next day, which is the case tomorrow. It’s currently 1:00 am on a Friday night and I can only hear the music - maybe soundproof the walls better or lower the volume a bit? I’m sure the other residents would appreciate it too. I’ll most likely delete this review once someone does something about the music situation (I don’t want to skew the good ratings as it seems like it’s a nice venue for events, the only problem is the music).

Tim, the food was fantastic! Our guests have been complementing the food all week! Thank you for being so accommodating in allowing us to customize the meals in such a way that all family members would be pleased! And last but certainly not least VIVIANE - thanks so much for your patience and kindness throughout the entire process! Despite all the changes we made back and forth you were always able to make sure everything was perfect! We couldn't be happier. I feel very privileged to have recently had my wedding at Infinity. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish, and the Infinity team (from sales to AV) went above and beyond to ensure our wedding would flow beautifully and keep our very diverse guests happy. The food selected by Tim prepared by Chef Joshua was superb - looked and tasted good and fresh. The venue is beautiful and no room/wall decor is needed. It is also a very clean and modern space, and includes excellent accessible bathrooms. Infinity basically never said no to us - like when we requested a second bridal room for preparation, and in helping us organize it centrepieces and decor items prior to and following the wedding. Special thanks to Chris Bosley for his incredible responsiveness. Given that the Chateau Laurier recently closed its Kosher kitchen, Infinity is well suited to host Kosher events with its large kitchen and experience. Hoping to attend and perhaps host many more celebrations at Infinity.

Recently attended the CI Investments Active Advisor Forum 2018 which also happened to be my first time at the Infinity Convention Centre and I was taken aback by the elaborate decor and the professional, clean appearance of the hall. We attended a wedding here. Bar prices were ridiculous. No snacks or food provided before the ceremony or during the 3 hour wait for dinner. Very limited seating in the lobby. The actual dinner was good though kind of small portions.

I had my wedding reception here a few weeks ago, and I could not have asked for a better venue. The ICC is stunning, very clean and modern. The food was delicious! Stephanie, the event coordinator was a pleasure to work with leading up to the day. At our reception, all of the staff we spoke with were so kind, accommodating and of course professional. Amazing venue. One of the best I've been to. Went for a wedding and the food was perfectly prepared. The staff was professional and courteous. The faculty was spotless and in prestige condition. Found out the faculty was mostly maintained by one individual who is doing a phenomenal job keeping the place presentable and memorable. Would highly recommend this place

We had our wedding at Infinity last weekend. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with. She was professional, friendly, and made sure our wedding was everything we hoped it would be. Same goes for Rania. Michael provided day of coordination and was a hit with our guests! He made sure everything ran smoothly and was on top of every detail. The food was amazing, all of our guests thought each dish was delicious. Hats off to the chef(s)/kitchen staff! The service was perfect. Food was served promptly. Staff were courteous. No one had to wait in line for a drink, service was fast and quality didn’t suffer. Our guests raved about the venue. The party was so much fun. The AV is spectacular (thanks Michelle and Kyle). Every staff member was fantastic. Added bonus-the venue has a back up generator. This really saved us given the power was out last Saturday. Knowing they had a generator gave us peace of mind. Thank you again Infinity for everything!

The Infinity center is absolutely stunning. We walked into a sparkling lobby, High ceilings, a classic modern look throughout the whole venue and the crystal chandeliers that will take your breath away. The infinity center has been working with my fiancé and me these last couple months planning our wedding in 2018. I can't say enough good things, I have listed just a few of the reasons why I chose the Infinity center. The food; One of the many things I am most excited about. The menu selections are wonderful and so many options to choose from. Everything sounds amazing on the menu it made it hard to choose. They also offer you a late night snack bar options. Prices are reasonable and affordable. They have expanded their culinary team and the new chef added had the pleasure of serving presidents, prime minister and international celebrities. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about him and look forward to taste testing. I know I myself, my fiancé and my guests will not be disappointed. The bar; we are planning to do a host bar which has a great selection of beers, wines and alcohol. The event planner worked with us on what exactly we were looking for and made it exactly what we wanted. Bridal suite; another wonderful feature about booking this venue they provided me with a bridal suite for the day of the wedding. When I toured the venue and they showed me the bridal suite, all I could imagine was how great the pictures where going to look of my bridesmaids and I getting ready in there. Accommodations; One of the biggest concerns when planning my wedding was my whole family is from out of town as well as most of my friends being that I did not grow up in Ottawa. My fiancé is from Ottawa so most of his family is from around here. The infinity center is located right behind two wonderful hotels. I took a tour of both The Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express & Suites. I was able to get a block of rooms set up with the hotels at a great rate. Knowing my guests could walk across the parking lot and no one has to drive home or taxi anywhere made my decisions on booking the infinity center effortless. The infinity team; Everyone that I have met or have been in contact with so far has been so helpful and extremely friendly. I do recommend to anyone wedding planning right now and looking for their venue to go check out the Infinity Centre. They will not disappoint and will help you make all your wedding dreams come true.

Went there to get vaccinated. Well organized from the gate. I was probably part of the last 20 people since it was almost 9pm. Huge parking lot. Got called maybe 10mns ahead of time and it took me approximately 20mns including the 15mn wait time.

This was a gorgeous setting for a large gathering of people with disabilities. The food was delicious and the servers very good! The wheelchair accessible washroom was nice and spacious, but; the paper towel holder is too high for most people in wheelchairs. Also, the other washroom with smaller stalls indicated it was accessible too, but; it wasn't really.

I have never had an event here so I cannot attest to the quality of service or food provided but I drive past the building daily on my way to work. I constantly am seeing people who look like employees smoking outside and it smells like marijuana the days I have my windows down. I hope the people paying good money are at least getting quality when they have employees smoking marijuana.

Above & Beyond! In every aspect. Just had my daughter's wedding this week and I'm amazed how each staff member put in their 100%. Always available to answer our questions leading up to the big day and right there day-of to ensure its success. Most beautiful venue in its class in all of Ottawa and beyond. The layout is superb keeping a proper flow that accommodated our hundreds of guests. Three hotels right there for our out-of-town guests. Parking galore and no traffic getting there. The sound system, video, and lighting were important to my daughter and worked flawlessly. Our DJ simply plugged in and was ready in a moment. Saved us thousands of $$. And then there's the food. Chef Joshua excelled in every aspect. He took our menu ideas and turned it into a masterpiece with color, design and taste. Many guests have told me that hands down, this was absolutely the best wedding food they've ever tasted. I found the food fresh and absolutely appetizing. Chef Joshua made sure to care for special diets and requests. Our daughter found the best husband and the best place to marry him!

Overall the space was stunning. Good service, and good food, two events were going on at the same time and the noise from the adjacent room was very loud and annoying. It was very hard to hear the sound system from our room.The noise really traveled. They really need to do something about this.

This hall is gorgeous. I have been to a few wedding here and I must say its impressive. The food was ok but the ambiance is the selling feature. The lights and large foyer and free parking are other highlights for this venue. I recommend considering it for your wedding or event.

Infinite Convention Center is a great addition in Ottawa. It is probably best hall in Ottawa. Lots of Capacity and ample parking. It is also close to highway so easy access.
