Using Hoppier was fine. The restaurant however was a different story. No utensils, no extra dressing and they didn't add banana peppers like I asked. But I would definitely use Hoppier again!
Best snacking solution for businesses I've experienced so far!
Hoppier has chosen GrubHub as option, I used it last week and GH cancelled my order the next day and when I contacted GH they replied that the Bakery I chose needed 24 hrs notice. So I re-ordered the same item on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. GH sent me a text that my order was being delivered, then they later called me and said they had to cancel the order as I was required to order 24 hrs in advance. I informed the GH staff when the order was placed and they said they will research and get back. They never called me back. I called the owner of the bakery and they said they do not have a business relationship with GH and that they did not know how GH got their menu and apologized for the errors of GH. Hoppier needs to vet their business relationships more closely.

I was at wits end trying to add the Hoppier Virtual Credit Card to my apple wallet. I tried every single trouble shooting method and was about to give up, but JUSTINE came and saved the day. Kudos to Justine for being my point of contact the past two frustrating days (yes two days). She must not get any sleep because she responds at superhuman speed. Despite the situation, Justine was extremely kind and patient throughout the entire process. And at the end, SHE WAS ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM!!! Great support when I ran into some payment issues
I was given a Hoppier card as part of a virtual conference that I attended, in lieu of the hot lunch that is usually provided for in-person events. Last year they gave us an UberEats credit, but the concept of the Hoppier card was brilliant. We had a set dollar limit and expiry period for the duration of the conference, and you could add your own payment method in case you go over the spending limit and the excess amount would be charged to your own credit card. We weren't limited to using it for delivery apps like UberEats or Skip the Dishes, so I was able to add it to my Apple Wallet and went out to support a local restaurant instead. Needed some help from customer service and used the chat feature. The CSR was not only friendly and knowledgable, she also took the time to pass along my feedback and was just such a positive experience all around. I understand this is a new startup but I'd highly recommend Hoppier for your corporate event needs. In a rapidly changing business environment we need to be able to adapt and be resourceful and this concept is so simple and yet so impactful. I see big things in their future!

Our company used it to reimburse the organization for specific items, and it was super easy to spend and use my Hoppier $$ on the sites I went to spend it on. When I had a quick question about my account, I used the chat feature, pretty late at night I'll acknowledge, and the co-founder himself actually answered the chat in a matter of seconds. Hoppier is a very short term credit card. I had issues with the virtual card at one vendor, possibly due to an incorrect address, and contacted Hoppier support, which was excellent, through the Hoppier website! They reenabled the card and ensured it did work. It will take some time to get used to such a short window for a payment card; their support takes top notch in empathy positive results, and follow-up.
Amazing Product! A gift voucher in the form of a Virtual Credit card with a predefined limit that can be gifted to others, hadn't seen that before Hoppier! Works Great too! Visa - works virtually anywhere!
Interesting and convenient way for small gifting
I wasn't aware of Hoppier until recently, and I must say that their platform really does help streamline the giftcard process and gives the recipient the freedom they deserve, while the sender can provide some guardrails on usage. It's a great marriage of sender and recipient chemistry. I dealt with Emil on a technical issue I was having, and he went above and beyond to sort it out for me and ensure I walked away a happy camper. Thank you Emil, and Hoppier for a great experience. Subsequent dealings were not consistent with the first, but still a good service.

You have an incredible customer support team. I had technical challenges in using my Hoppier gift card for ordering food. I emailed them and got a quick response from team on the ways to fix it. Despite the configuration changes, billing got routed to my personal credit card as my billing amount exceeded the gift card amount. Customer service team proactively connected with me to know whether the problem is addressed. I informed about the billing issue and so they gifted me with a new UberEats card. Thank you team for excellent customer service.
They are okay. I had problems adding the card to grubhub. But tech support eventually caught up with me and helped me out. I ended up using doordash instead.
This is such a genius way to give a gift that your employees will be happy with. There are options to donate to charity, shop for groceries, and dine at restaurants. You can use the card online or in person. I had a bit of a hiccup with mine but the customer support was AWESOME and had things sorted out within minutes. Definitely recommend using this service!

It is a great platform. But I guess you guys should work on some areas. As i could see there is some bug while ordering the order from Google Chrome, it does not verify the card. So please look into this, apart from this it is really a nice platform.
