We hired Natalie for Month of/Day of Coordination for our 65 person backyard wedding in Niagara on the Lake. From our first day in contact, Natalie was thorough and prompt with correspondence. We met with her for the first time about a month before the wedding at the location to go over the flow of the day, list all our vendors, and to clarify each person's responsibilities going forward - there were lots of little things we would have missed putting together a party that size from scratch. Natalie's suggestions were thoughtful and so practical - she really took the time to understand what we wanted for our day and helped to iron out any potential complications ahead of time. In the lead-up to the day, Natalie organized all the deliveries for vendors and services, and arranged a schedule for everyone to access. By the time the day arrived, we were totally comfortable leaving all the details with her and her team. The day flowed incredibly smoothly, and we were able to relax and enjoy everything! When my husband and I decided we were going to get married at Balls Falls we knew it would be a lot of work. The main thing we wanted was to enjoy our day and make sure everything went seamlessly behind the scenes and knew a day-of-coordinator was going to be a must. A family friend recommended Natalie to us as her daughter used Natalie for a day-of-coordinator at Balls Falls the year prior--and we can not thank them enough for the recommendation! We hired Natalie as a wedding coordinator for our wedding in July. She helped us plan every detail, and had such wonderful suggestions and ideas. She really understood our wedding vision, and was easy to reach 24/7 with any questions that would arise. Natalie is calm, positive and organized and really goes above and beyond! The day of our wedding she made our visions come true...setting up everything, and making the venue look stunning. I can not say enough about how great Natalie was in helping me plan my wedding!! I got engaged back in September 2017 and I had little idea of all the details that went in to planning a wedding. I have never even been in a wedding party before. After I attended a wedding show in St.Catharines, I became very overwhelmed! There were so many details and vendors and I didn't know where to even begin! I went on wedding bliss.ca and I am so glad that I did. I sent Natalie an email and we soon set up a meeting. When Natalie started telling me all of the things that she would help me with I knew I had to hire her! Natalie was so unbelievably helpful in every aspect of planning my wedding. I knew I could just send her an email if I was feeling overwhelmed or was questioning something and she would have an answer or help me not to worry. I only had 9 months to plan my wedding and she helped me every step of the way. She helped me find vendors, sent me our marriage license information, answered any questions that I had and when it came to the two weeks before and the day of our wedding I did not have to worry at all! Our wedding would not have come together so seamlessly and beautifully without Natalie. Our wedding at Ball's Falls involved so much coordination between vendors, set up and decoration, and Natalie was amazing. From offering her recommendations for other vendors (DJ, Officiant, florals, etc.) that turned out to be amazing choices, to detailing out our day of timeline to ensure everything ran smoothly, to attending our wedding rehearsal and making sure everyone knew their responsibilities - Natalie was so great! The day of the wedding flowed flawlessly because of her and it felt great as a bride having someone there that I trusted would take care of everything for us. Natalie has beautiful taste in setting up and knows the best ways to place decor to enhance and maximize any space. I was speechless when I first saw what she did with the barn we had for our reception - it was beautiful. She was the most vital vendor we had at our wedding - I recommend her to everyone looking for a wedding planner.

I knew all along that I wanted a wedding planner. My husband-to be, however, needed quite some persuading. I had dreams of spending a relaxing wedding morning with my mom and bridesmaids sipping mimosas happily getting ready and looking forward to the day. Let me just say that Natalie was one of the greatest decisions we made during our wedding planning. She did NOT disappoint! I had my special morning, with zero stress knowing that Natalie had everything under control. She took the time to meet with us, discuss and genuinely understand our vision. The day-of she was there to ensure that everything went off without a hitch! Looking back we are so happy that we chose to go with Natalie. I truly do not know what I would have done without Natalie! I work in the event industry and knew right away how valuable a day-of coordinator is. My venue was beautiful, but unfortunately not the easiest to deal with or most helpful. I had every detail of my day planned and confirmed in advance, but I wanted the day to be completely stress free but as an event planner, I knew that stuff would go wrong. Natalie was there to be my brain for the day, she set out my decor and brought all of my details to life. She made sure everything I had asked for was done properly, which wasn't an easy task at my venue!
