Syrie and her team were absolutely AMAZING. I knew I wanted to work with them after our very first meeting because they shared in our vision for our wedding. Syrie is so knowledgeable about the industry and gave great vendor suggestions that always aligned with what we were looking for and helped us make the best decisions for our special day. Syrie helped advocate for what we wanted at our venue in terms of decor, timeline, and logistics. She is so passionate about what she does and wants the best for her clients. Her and her team coordinated amazingly well with our vendors and with our venue the entire time. They always put us first as a couple throughout the planning process as well as on the day of our wedding. For that we can never thank them enough! Syrie and her team are amazing and simply make your wedding day as flawless and easy as possible. When I started the planning process a friend recommended getting a planer, which I honestly thought seemed over the top we were never planning some huge 300 person wedding. It was the best idea. The team is there from the ceremony rehearsal to the end of the reception packing your car with anything and everything you want to take from the venue. We didn’t have to worry about anything because of them. Syrie oversaw the tent install (with McCarthy who is also wonderful), the days prior so we didn’t have to worry or spend time on it. The reception venue looked completely flawless. She and her team (Katie and Taylor were with us during the reception) set up the candles and tables which looked perfect. Katie and Taylor doted on myself and my husband and our families during the reception. I can’t stress enough how worry free and enjoyable they made the day. They took care of things we would have never thought of and made sure all we did was have fun and spend time with guests on such a whirlwind day. Things otherwise my mom or myself would’ve gotten caught up in. It was the best choice. We had some difficulties with the band and they handled all of it. We can’t say enough good things about them. If you want to ensure a worry free, smooth, easy, flawless, and purely enjoyable wedding day book this team.

Syrie is your greatest asset while you plan your wedding! I know this because she was mine. I am an event planner myself and was considering planning my wedding myself. Let me just say THANK GOD I let Syrie take the reigns. It made my day so relaxing and full of stress free joy! She also connected us to vendors who we would have had trouble booking without her due to the post covid wedding market. In short, Syrie provided us with all the building blocks for our dream wedding. Day of, her team was just as incredible. Later I heard about all the behind-the-scenes troubles that Syrie’s team handled without involving me at all. The finished product, my wedding day, was perfection. Syrie helped us figure out exactly what our vision was and then executed every detail flawlessly. I am type-A and was able to completely kick back and enjoy the day. I was not stressed at all leading up to the wedding because everything was planned, thought out, and taken care of. Doing a wedding at my parent's house was pretty incredible because now we will have the wonderful memories there, and having the Social Maven team run the day allowed myself and my parents to be in the moment. Syrie and her team are amazing! I originally hired Syrie in the fall of 2019. for a September 2020 wedding. I truly had no idea what I was doing when it came to wedding planning and Syrie helped me through choosing vendors and directing me through what we needed. When we decided to reschedule our wedding due to COVID Syrie coordinated with the vendors and took care of everything in less than a week. This spring when it was time to finish planning the rescheduled wedding, Syrie was ready to pick up where we left off. I changed my mind about what I wanted several times and she just rolled with it. I went with her vendor suggestions and design plans and they did not disappoint. The end result was amazing and I could not be happier. The actual day of the wedding went incredibly smoothly. Syrie and her whole team did a great job coordinating all logistics and making the schedule. I didn't have to think or worry about anything, we were just told where to go and when to be there. Booking Social Maven was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. I work in the wedding industry but out of state, I knew we'd need a planner in Buffalo that could give me an insider perspective and make my mind at ease the day of the wedding. From the start Syrie was honest and easy to get a hold of when we needed her. We went through numerous changes during planning #covidwedding. This included a venue change, vendor changes and not to mention the restriction changes... the whole time Syrie reassured us, was in constant contact and guided us through the entire process. She even went ahead and called the health department for updates and clarfication when things were confusing! The day of we worked with Katie & Arianna, who were absolutely amazing. I met with Katie & Syrie a few weeks prior to the wedding to go over everything and felt completely at ease handing everything off to them. The day of Katie & Arianna went above and beyond what we expected them to. When I went in to planner mode and tried to clean something up, Katie told me to stop and go enjoy the day, ha! Our friends and family loved being able to enjoy the day and commented, numerous times, how great Katie & Arianna were. Syrie, Katie & Arianna went above and beyond what we expected them to do and I would reccomend them to any engaged couple in the WNY area.
