Their FAQ says they deliver to Muskoka and the Northern Ontario area, but it doesn't include anything north of Muskoka...should probably adjust that lol And there is delivery to Ottawa (which is further than Sudbury). Perhaps bc they can deliver more orders to larger cities in one trip? idk... They have beautiful products at reasonable prices...just a really disappointing delivery policy.

Angelica was able to capture our theme and vision for our wedding perfectly in the decor chosen and her and her team set up our venue at Queens Landing and it was magical and elegant. What more can I say than Simply Beautiful Décor being amazing? My guests, as well as myself, are still swooning over the old school romantic Hollywood feel that our wedding had, largely due to our décor. From the sweeping champagne colored back drops behind the head table and leading into the ballroom, to the gold flatware/charger plates contrasted with the rich hunter green linens, the room was transformed into my dream wedding. Candlelit tables, glass trumpet vases with sprays of white flowers to pop against the deep green and gold accents – it was a vision. Truly happy with how easy Simply Beautiful made everything for us, not to mention that their show room is to die for, when selecting things in the beginning of the planning process.

We were blinded by all the beautiful things in the showroom, how sweet the staff were and the referrals from our vendors. The table coverings were dirty and wrinkled and the chairs were embarrassing. Overall work was sloppy. Spend your money elsewhere!

My husband and I worked directly with Sandra, and she was fantastic! We told her our budget, and what we were looking for, and she helped us make selections that were within our budget. We ended up selecting an elegant backdrop to cover the wall behind the head table, as well as chair covers. The prices were reasonable. The backdrop was delivered and set up by her team, and it made the room like extremely elegant and beautiful. Sandra and her team went to the venue early the next day to collect the seat covers and take the backdrop, which was one less thing that our clean-up crew had to worry about while we were on our honeymoon! We would highly recommend Simply Beautiful for your décor needs!

We had an incredible experience renting napkins, chargers, glassware and runners for my daughter’s intimate baptism. Angelica was so nice, responsive and accommodating! She went above and beyond to ensure the colours of everything matched for our event. Since it was such a small event I was able to meet the driver along their route and it was very easy and the whole experience was care-free which is exactly what you need in planning an event. Everything came wrapped and ready and the napkins and runners were steamed and clean! I had a terrific experience and will be a long-time customer moving forward.

There was a large selection of beautiful options to choose from, and the quality of items was excellent. Our wedding was affected by COVID and we had to cancel our original plans so we had to discuss with many different vendors on what to do with our deposits. Having experience dealing with all the other vendors, Simply Beautiful Decor has been by far the least flexible and being the most unreasonable on helping customers manage the significant amount of deposits they're stuck with. When you get an e-mail response starting with "Of course, we are happy to help as much as possible!" but then being told the deposit can't be used by a friend or family member without providing any reasonable explanation other than repeating "it's our policy", it just feels like a slap in the face. For transparency, their contract (like all the other vendors) mention that the deposit is non-refundable but were willing to turn the deposit to a credit for future use (like all the other vendors). If Simply Beautiful Decor was not going to even offer a credit, I would have given zero stars if that was possible.
