We married at Oakes Garden Theatre at Niagara Falls in July 2013 with the help of Patti and Occasions. Even though we live in the UK, Patti arranged everything for us via email and was always available to help answer any questions that we had. Patti made the arrangements stress free, even down to making a phone call to us on the morning of the wedding, confirming everything again, explaining what to expect, where we would meet the minister and the photographer and making sure my lovely bouquet arrived in plenty of time. We had an absolutely fantastic day. Oakes Garden Theatre is a great location with lovely photograph opportunites. Andrew, the Minister and Anthony our Photographer were amazing and helped to make the day even more special. It was a really hot day, and Anthony looked after our guests whilst taking photograps and kept them in the shade in between shoots. We loved our wedding, and we couldn't have made it as special as it was without the help of Patti. Thank you so much. I will post some photographs of our wonderful day.

My husband and I are so thrilled to have had our wedding with occasions, Patti went above and beyond to not only provide a wonderful service but to pull it all together in 2-3 weeks time. You see Dave and I had been together for 18 yr's and their wax only one day of the year we both agreed to have our wedding, October 31, year didn't really matter however I did not want to wait a whole year to make it happen as I had little time left do to a large move and other life things we quickly were running out of time. Patti pulled all her services together for a Saturday morning wedding as we have children and still wanted to take our children trick or treating, and did. The minister was a wonderful man that not only made Dave and I happy but our guest as well. Now with such short notice we did not have a rehearsal, there was no time in our life's and that was our choice, but thanks to Anthony (the photographer) and the Minister there was no need for a rehearsal at all. Anthony told everyone in the wedding party when and how to walk in. Dave and I included all four of our children as well as a best man, maid of honor and brides maid, I don't think it would have gone so smooth had Anthony not step up not only as a photographer but as like a director of sorts. Now when it came time for photos Anthony not only to photos during our wedding however after as well, Anthony was willing to go elsewhere to take photos after our wedding however Dave and I really liked the small chapel and both agreed to have our photos right there. I am not one to have my photo take much and Anthony picked up on that right away, he found the best ways to bring out the best smiles I could manage. He laughed with us and joked with us. Anthony went above and beyond a photographer and was wonderful friend to pull our wedding together and get the best photos ever. He made sure that we were able to include anyone and everyone we wanted in our photos. My now husband had been married before and has said that our wedding was the perfect wedding, he even cried during his vows. What made him so happy is that we were had the wedding we wanted and no one pressured us into any thing we didn't want from how many people in our wedding party to where, from wedding itself to photos everything was perfect. As a first time bride I really had no clue where to start but Patti took me through it step by step. The hardest decision I had to make was what color shoes I wanted to wear. If I could add more stars I would!!!!! Wow, were to start! I started planning our wedding about 3 weeks before the actual date. I googled weddings in Niagara Falls and I came across "Occasions in Niagara". That's were I started and that was all the searching I needed to do. Patti (the coordinator) took care of everything for us...and I mean everything! Our wedding was a fairy tale wedding! Our Wedding Day First I got my hair done!! Loved it!!! Our flowers and wedding cake arrived!! Beautiful!!! Our Limo arrived and we were off to the church, it's was just the two of us and our ceremony was very imitate. Anthony Sobie was our photographer and he was amazing as well! He made sure my dress, flowers, etc were perfect.. He made us feel very relaxed and we enjoyed every moment of getting our pictures taken. After the church we went to Botanical gardens (beautiful place for pictures) and had our pictures taken and then went to the Oakes Garden (another beautiful spot) and had more pictures taken. At the Oakes Garden when Anthony was finishing taking the last picture our horse and carriage arrived and we set off on a ride up and down Falls Avenue!!! It was very timely! The carriage ride was absolutely wonderful, everyone was congratulating us and what we really liked was all the different languages! We then headed back to our hotel and we had our wedding supper at "Windows by Jamie Kennedy"....that was also fantastic!! Then the limo picked us up and we went for a 2 hours tour of Niagara Falls! This was very relaxing. Overall it was fantastic! Patti is one amazing lady and I would suggest anyone who is planning to get married in Niagara Falls Please contact her first before you do anything! At first we thought we wanted a destination wedding somewhere tropical, but slowly as the stress mounted on we quickly realized that wasn't for us. I started researching and came across Occasions Niagara, and read about the wonderful Patti Wallington. We decided it would be awesome to get married in Niagara Falls, so I contacted Patti. This was definitely the BEST decision! Not once did I feel an ounce of stress. She took care of everything! Always getting back to me promptly with any questions I had, she answered them all, taking care of everything. I had only ever been to one wedding, so I wasn't even really sure how things were done. She booked all amazing people, the minister, the amazing photographer, and even booked the violinist, and everything went awesome! What a wonderful, sweet lady you are Patti! We are from Metro Detroit, and knew we needed a coordinator for our Niagara Falls Wedding on the Canadian side. After researching several companies, I chose Occasions in Niagara. I'm so glad I did. Our Wedding was outside at the Oakes Garden Theater . Our wedding was perfect. Patti took care of every arrangement needed, and we just sat back and enjoyed the day. Our photographer went above and beyond to capture the ceremony. With all the beautiful backdrops available at the garden, which Anthony knew like the back of his hand, our portrait pictures look like they are out of a Bridal magazine. He also gave us the option of purchasing a dvd of the pictures and printing our own. Anthony was the best part of the package!!!! This Company is the best and only choice.
