Rented the Blue and Orange Castle Bouncer for my daughter's 6th birthday party. It was spacious and all the kids loved it! Karen and Justin were amazing to work with; great communication, professional and friendly service (during setup and take-down they chatted with my daughter as she asked them 1000+ questions), great prices. 10/10 would recommend for a party or event.

We used NickelCity Novelties for our post prom event. They provided the chocolate fountain. They are a great company to deal with. They are organized, friendly and helpful. The chocolate was delicious. The kids loved it. We will definitely use them again for all of our parties.

We rented a bounce house for my daughters 7th birthday! They arrived right on time! The bounce house was very clean and looked great! The set up was very fast! Karen and Justin we very friendly! AND they had the best prices out of all the wny bounce house rental places I searched!

Rented a small bounce house for my daughters 4th b-day party. The bounce house was VERY clean and in perfect shape. Arrived right at the time they specified. Their prices were lower than most others I found ! And they were very professional and easy to deal with. Overall, A wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We rented the Orange & Blue castle bouncer for our Diaper Party and it was perfect! Delivery was right on time, could not have been more impressed on how punctual they were, setup was straight forward, bounce house was clean (spotless!) and in perfect shape! We really enjoyed it during the party, could not believe how sturdy the bounce house was, and the take down was also spot on with timing and very professional - not a trace of it ever being setup in the yard! We are sooo happy to have used this company as the kind and upbeat attitude they had during all our interactions was refreshing, they answered all of our questions, & the price was very, very reasonable. My wife and I would not hesitate to highly recommend NickelCity Novelties for any party events for anyone out there looking, avoid the big companies; support small businesses and good people! I know we will continue to go back to them for any and all our party needs.
