Excellent place to deal with!

My family has booked trips through Glenny for over 20 years. My parents, my siblings, ourselves as well as the children. More than 30 trips for sure. After travel shut down across the globe so did Glenny Travel. We (myself and hubby) had a cancelled cruise. Contacted Glenny to learn my options. I either received a very negative response from the owner (Steve) or a very neglected response from our agent Mary(Which means no response or..... I'll look into it..... yet never did) Our final refund was our taxes and fees. Contacted them via phone and email several times beginning in April to check the status. After feeling there was little they were trying to do to secure our refund l was finally called by Glenny Travel to let me know my refund was ready to pick up. The cheque was dated for July 21/20, the invoice was dated for April 19/20. Thats over 3 months I asked them about my refund and they had it. They held my money for 3 months for no reason. Also after learning l had been issued a 125% cruise credit they have offered ZERO service to help me spend it. Shame on you Glenny Travel. You do NOT value your customers.

Worked with Mary Dancy and could not be happier!! Booked a trip to Mexico after lots of discussion. We stayed at an adults only, all inclusive resort called Ocean Maya Royale. It was wonderful and we can't wait to go back. Mary was so patient and helpful. Again, we could not be happier!!! Thanks Mary!!

Loved planning my first cruise with marry unfortunately got canceled due to what's going on. The people that are giving 1 stars just because their money isn't being sent to them by a set deadline has to consider the cruise lines and hotels have 1000's of people around the world who wanted to go on vacation. Will plan another vacation once things calm down but people don't attack vacation companies just because you want your money back be patient it'll come when it comes.

Everyone was super fast and efficient every time I called! They answer phone calls quickly without putting you on hold forever. Every time I called with travel questions regarding my trip I was given help right away. I recommend if you’ve never booked an all inclusive trip before and want an agency with helpful staff to assist in your booking.

I have traveled to Punta Cana many times in the past few years and made the mistake of using a online sight once a few years ago and let me tell you it was a poor experience with no support along the way from start to finish. I use Glenny religiously now for there excellent service! Marry did an outstanding job with all my special needs to make my vacation stress free the entire time. Steve and his crew were taking care of me even after I departed to insure my return was set up hasal free. I would like to thank you all for the great service! Thank's the West's.

I called Glenny travel on December 31st 2017 approximately 5 minutes before they were about to close and the man on the phone spent a good amount of time with me to patiently find out what I was looking for and to try to find a vacation that suited my needs and budget Once we were on the same page he felt it best that I should go a certain direction and it ended up working out for the best I am very happy with the service that I received

This travel agency is the worst. They don’t respond, they lose payments, they over charge you. When I spoke to karli about the service I had received she told me “what do you expect you got a great deal”. When I called to complain to the owner he listened to me and then when I was done talking he hung up on me. If I could give them a negative review I would. Buyer beware they suck!!!!

Absolutely terrible treatment after a huge Italy trip that cost thousands. Karlee and Steve while helpful at first, did nothing to rectify a bad recommendation. The $40.00 reimbursement that you're speaking of, is a joke for what we went through! Ridiculous, STILL even with your response!
