From the guys that came to set it up, who were very helpful and knowledgeable to the afternoon of fun that the kids had on the water slide, to the guys that came in took it down everything went perfectly! The kids had hours of fun on the water slide I couldn't have been more pleased and neither could they! It was for a 9-year-old's birthday but also during the Bills game so the kids were busy having a blast and the adults were able to watch the game!

This is the BEST local bounce house rental company. Mike is unbelievably professional. The houses are in great repair and always clean! He's prompt and such a nice person to talk to as well. AND his prices are unbeatable. We've rented with Bounce USA for years and this summer our unit had a blower where the cord was hot to the touch. We weren't sure it was a problem, but Mike came out within 30 minutes and replaced the cord, pump, and blower! AMAZING service! Everyone should rent with Bounce USA!!!!!

Working with Mike was an all-around wonderful experience! His communication was excellent, he made sure to call back when he said he would and was even available through text message which was very helpful. The bounce house was delivered on time the day of the party and it was picked up on time when we were done. Other places we called were requiring us to pick up, clean, pack up, and drop off the bounce house! So this was 100 times easier. And he actually cares about the safety of the children— making sure the equipment is cleaned thoroughly. No doubt we plan on working only with Bounce USA for all our future rentals!

Mike and the boys were super friendly and sanitized the entire bounce house both inside a me out right in front of us. Like thoroughly walked us through how to deflate the bounce house and what to do if it gets super windy. We had our sons first birthday party on 9/26 and needed the house from 11-5:30 well they dropped the safari bounce house off Friday at 12 and we kept it until Saturday at 5:30 and we were only charged the one day because they needed to drop it off early which was AMAZING!!!!! They have such a good selection of bouncers and we aWill be renting again

Times for delivery and removal were prompt and quick. Pricing is reasonable and lower than competitors. Reserving was easy online. When change in date was needed, the change was easily made and accommodated. We reserved the rainbow inflatable slip and slide and kids played on it from 10-8 taking breaks only to eat. Definitely recommend this inflatable and company. We will be repeat customers!

I wanted to give my sister a fun birthday party. We decided to work with Bounce USA and are so glad we did. We were having a party for adults and he helped us pick out a great bounce slip n slide. We had the rental all day and were not rushed. Mike showed up right on time and he and his coworker set up the slip n slide in under 20 minutes. It looked great and was so effortless to use. They set up the system to be as unobtrusive as possible so no one tripped over the hose or power cord. The slip n slide used such a minimal amount of water. Mike went through the safety and slide care requirements with me and answered all of my numerous questions. He made himself available if any questions or concerns came up. Pick up went just as smooth. Mike came right on time with his co-worker and quickly, carefully and efficiently took everything down. We had so much fun on the slip n slide and cannot recommend Bounce USA enough. It is a lot of fun for adults too. It adds a fun element to parties and is great exercise too. Bounce USA is a solid, quality company to work with. They have high quality bounce houses, they are very well maintained, very efficient, timely and great people.

We rented the Jungle themed bounce house for my daughters birthday. $135 for set up/take down all day rental was a fantastic price. Mike (the owner) and his coworker showed up bright and early. Set up took maybe 10 minutes tops. They were very friendly and funny, yet professional. All equipment was out of the way. He offered to pick it up late (after 7) which was perfect. Take down was fast, and they didnt leave a trace. I will be using them again. I highly recommend them.

This was a great experience! From start to finish Mike was awesome and very accommodating. He and his guy take care of everything from set up to placement and hook ups to coming back and removing everything. The price was great and everyone had an awesome time. We booked a couple of bounce houses for a church event. I ordered online; the website is very user-friendly. The company stayed in touch with us right through the day of our event. They came on time, set up, and took down when we needed them to. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely use them again. Be aware that they do not bring generators; electricity is needed.

I rented a Bounce House for my daughters birthday. Bounce USA was easy to work with, communicated well with delivery times, and delivered exactly what was agreed upon. Bounce USA brought out the bounce house and blower, set everything up, staked in the equipment, and showed my wife and I how to inflate/deflate the bounce house. They came back later that day and removed the bounce house and left my yard exactly as they found it. Prices were very competitive, and were as listed on the website.
