Parking is great, the conference rooms are large and spacious. The decor is elegant with many local historical touches. The bar is well stocked.

Rooms are great. Large TV, spacious bathroom, good sized fridge and in-room coffee. Location is right by the water, lots of good restaurants and lovely sights to see. The restaurant is very pricey, and breakfast is not included. But the bar has great atmosphere. Overall an ideal place for a business trip, and a decent place if you're exploring St. John's.

It is not so much the delta I hated it was the new restaurant inside it. The food was terrible our waiter was somewhat annoying. I had a Caeser salad and a smoked meat sandwich. The salad was full of pepper it was like they were trying to hide something. The bacon in the salad again was so peppery it ruined it. The cheese was piled in but could not taste it due to the pepper. I used to love the old restaurant, I'll miss it but I won't be returning to Pinnacle again.

Really clean and efficient, only good place to stay

Located centrally to George St and the main parts of downtown. The bed was insanely comfortable. The staff were very accommodating of our cancelled flight, with no questions asked they didn't charge us for the night we weren't there. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was wanting. Would 10/10 recommend.

The beds are like clouds, probably the softest and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. If you're lucky, you may get a room with a view of the dock which I thought was neat.

Great place to call home for a bit while on the road. Spacious rooms with big windows and great views. Though the building maybe older, it had been well maintained. the rooms seems regularly renovated/updated to the current in room comfort and technology business travels need. Plenty of outlets and lighting options.

Rooms were okay. Food is mediocre-bad. The service at the restaurant is embarrassingly bad. I was at a conference that, despite being booked months in advance, took the staff "by surprise". I waited at a table with a group for over an hour and my order was never taken. That morning a fire alarm disrupted breakfast - for the entire time - resulting in limited food at the buffet (since something burned in the kitchen). Not their fault, but my limited and disrupted breakfast was not discounted at all. Beds are not particularly comfortable. Heating and AC is inconsistent. Showers have no pressure control.

The Delta is our new favorite hotel in St John's. The rooms were amazing, clean, and spacious. The lobby and bar were designed well and there was plenty of space to relax and socialize throughout the hotel. The security was also top notch and the price was better then smaller hotels with less amenities. The only thing that could have been upgraded were the wait staff in the hotel, but maybe they just had an off day.

Loved this hotel. The hotel has the best pillows and bed ever. Never slept so well. The room service is very good and the room vents don't blow on the bed. Delta St John’s is the best place to stay downtown. It is centrally located, attached to the Mile One Centre. The hotel and staff are always great.

Food and service good at the event I was attending. Beverage prices were a little out of hand. $5.75 for a glass of half ice half soft drink is... Not good. I'm sure it's good for the Delta but not so much the consumer.

A pleasant surprise!!! This hotel is updated quite well inside and offers amenities such as an in house kitchen, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and fitness facility. Underground parking too. Rooms are modernized and well kept. Super clean, what you'd expect from the Delta. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, very professional and able to assist with your needs accordingly. Restaurant and bar is simply fabulous. Breakfast is just amazing!!! Highly recommend the eggs benedict and smoked salmon or their ham and cheese omelet. Overall, very very pleased. The Delta St John's is a lovely hotel, but my experience during this stay was not up to par. When we arrived to check-in, it took over 5 minutes for someone to show up behind the counter. Despite the low occupancy that night, we were placed on a floor that was under construction and were not told this upon check in. We were greeted by caution tape when the doors opened to the sixth floor and had to go back to the front desk and ask what was going on. They directed us to "the back elavators". When we got to our room, there was a coffee cup from Tim's on the counter in the bathroom. We should have received a reduced rate at the Delta this particular night.

The Delta was such a beautiful location for the CSBBCS conference. The bar selection was great and the staff were very helpful. Parking was also very easy and stress-free. Overall I would consider going to the Delta for personal and professional purposes.

Very nice, very clean place. Hotel and convention centre are connected via a tunnel for those cold and/rainy days. My only issue is that they could have better signage.

We had a great time! Justin Kennedy gave us a great room when we checked in and we actually spent half a day sitting in the room watching the harbour. Jackie Howell-Goodridge also helped to make this a special visit for us. All the staff were friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was excellent. It is close to all the downtown activity, you can walk to most places from here. The only down side was the construction but it was not a hindrance and should be done soon. When going back to St John's I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are OK. What makes them great is the view. We pre-booked and asked for certain rooms which we were told we couldn't have when we got there. We get to St. John's maybe twice a year. Thanks for spoiling part of our stay last time. Disappointed enough to give up on our favorite hotel.

We had an amazing stay and had a awesome view

Was booked for 3 nights. Arrived at hotel after 1 a.m. exhausted only to find we (my work colleague) had both been bumped - no rooms available. They moved us to a Marriott hotel - paid for our taxi there and back. The Marriott was nice - nice room with King bed - they had upgraded both of us. Susan greeted us at the Delta the following morning and made apologies, upgraded our rooms and sent up a nice cheese and cracker tray to each of our rooms. Susan was great! - my memory of the Delta will be good because of Susan!
