There isn't a positive adjective I wouldn't use to describe Alexandra and her services. She's the epitome of professional, organized, attentive, and helpful. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She understood our vision and was able to execute it with finesse. By far the best decision of my wedding was hiring Alexandra (my husband, who didn't want to hire a coordinator also agrees!)!!

Alex is truly the best. There is no way I would've made it through my wedding planning process without her. She has such an incredible way of making you feel like you have everything under control and she runs the event like a well-oiled machine. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Alex was with our wedding process! The second I signed with her as our day of coordinator a weight was lifted off my shoulders and my wedding planning from then on was so much more enjoyable and stress free! Her planning process is so thoughtful and detailed which allowed my wedding day to run so smoothly and I was able to enjoy every moment. She went above and beyond not only leading up but through the entirety of our wedding day. She took such great care with every aspect from setting up all our decor, directing guests, managing vendors, staying on time with food and speeches, to cleaning up our decor and making sure my husband and I ate! We seriously cannot thank her enough for all that she did, definitely the best money I spent and would highly recommend her for your special day!!!

Alex is fantastic. You should hire her to plan your wedding. My only regret from my wedding in June was that I didn’t take advantage of her full planning package! We hired Alex as our day-of-coordinator and she made the whole day run so smoothly. In the month before the wedding she kept everything on track—checking in with vendors, and taking care with our decoration and plans—and was so reassuring through the whole process. I’ve spent the month’s since recommending her to anyone I meet who is getting married, and can’t emphasize enough the great work she does in making your wedding day go as smoothly as possible.

My husband and I got married just over a month ago, and up until a few months before our wedding we were not planning on working with a wedding coordinator. As the day began to approach we felt a coordinator would help with executing details on the day and making sure everything went smoothly. We hired Alexandra, based on a very glowing recommendation from a family member, and at that time we had no idea just how vital she would be to the success of our wedding! Alex was truly unreal. Absolutely incredible. Due to some wild summer weather, our wedding day turned out to be quite crazy – so beyond anything any of us anticipated – that we were frankly astounded that it worked out the way it did, and a huge percentage of the credit for that is owed to Alex. Her ferocious dedication to making it happen – literally come hell or high water (or hail, or wind, or lightning) – did not go unnoticed, we (and our families and friends) were astounded by the way she just tore through all the chaos and made absolute magic happen. We knew we liked Alex from the moment we first talked, and even more so when we first met, but her organization, commitment and problem-solving in the face of such calamity was something to behold, and it just blew all of us away. It firmly cemented how happy we were to have been introduced to her, and how glad we were that we worked together. While we have no doubt that we saw only a small fraction of the work that Alex did to make our wedding happen against seemingly impossible odds, suffice it to say that her composure under fire was amazing to behold. Thank you for everything, Alex! You are a total rockstar!!!!

Alex was the planner for our wedding on Sunday, October 7th at The Burroughes in Toronto. She is an absolute gem! Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made. She’s meticulous, super on the ball, has a keen eye for detail and above all else is a lovely person to work with. I opted for her partial planning package, so she supported me through each step of the planning process making it fun and stress-free. By the time the big day rolled around she knew my vision inside and out. She executed everything to perfection, taking care of every little detail so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She’s such a delightful person and an excellent planner! Highly recommend her!!

It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are to have had Alex plan our wedding. A chance encounter at a mutual friend’s cottage led my wife and I to meet Alex and quickly found out that while we were beginning to plan a wedding, she was a wedding planner. A perfect match! We got along so well from the beginning and through our whole planning process, she was so hands-on and helpful every step of the way. She was excellent with providing us checklists and milestones to keep our planning on track. We never felt overwhelmed or lost…she was such a calming presence helping bring our day to life. Her on-site execution on our wedding day was unbelievable. All venue staff and family members were blown away at her willingness to help and assist everyone. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy our beautiful wedding day stress-free…the way it should be! We cannot recommend her enough!

I have nothing but good things to say about Alex. We booked her back in 2019 for our May 2020 wedding, but alas we all know how that turned out. After 3 / 4 date changes, Alex was always there to assist and offer support wherever possible. On the day of the actual wedding, she executed our vision to a TEE! I had no idea what to expect but it was SO amazing to just show up without having any worry and see that everything was already looked after and thought of. Despite the rain that day, she improvised where necessary and always came up with solutions to keep things moving and leave my husband and I to enjoy the day itself. HIGHLY recommend working with Alex if you have the chance to!

We were lucky enough to have Alex as our wedding planner and coordinator for our big day in June. I cannot stress more that hiring her was THE best decision we made throughout this process! Not only is she professional, organized, and knows her stuff, but she's also just a fantastic person. We went with her partial planning package and through that Alex created a full day-of itinerary, helped answer our many questions throughout the process, and crushed it on the day of. She even put my veil on just before stepping out of the car when I realized I didn't have it on! There were so many situations/issues that popped up that she just took care of and made sure we could simply enjoy the day. We didn't even find out there were issues until the day after! She even went above and beyond to contact the bakery that mixed up our cupcake order and got us a full refund. Just one example of many that prove how much she really cares about her clients and making their wedding day perfect. Ours definitely was. If you want a stress-free wedding day you will not regret hiring Alex! Everyone who saw her work her magic at our wedding could not stop talking about how wonderful she is and the venue said the same!
