Kim and her team went above and beyond and did not miss a single beat. Despite the unprecedented obstacles, Kim made our wedding day 1. stress-free and 2. memorable and overall amazing experience. Had it not been for her and her team's determination and effort, our wedding would not have happened. Where do I begin? Our original wedding was supposed to be on May 30, 2020. Kim was originally supposed to help tie up all of the loose ends and be the day of coordinator since I had most of the planning done by the time we met. But due to Covid we ended up canceling. Kim reached out and helped us with the next steps and gave us advice on our existing vendors. A few months later we decided we wanted to go ahead with a very small ceremony with our immediate family only. Kim immediately went to planning and basically planned the whole wedding since we had to get a new venue, caterer, and renew contracts with our previous vendors. We trusted Kim and we went with all of her amazing recommendations, this helped immensely because we didn’t have to put in the hours and hours of research. 5 days prior to the wedding, our venue cancelled on us. Within 12 hours, Kim sent us an email of 6 venue options with the pros and cons. We booked the new venue the next day! Kim coordinated with all of our vendors the entire time and ensured they were up to date with the new plan. The day of the wedding, Kim made the place look gorgeous (she was also our florist!) and ensured everything went smoothly. Thank you Kim for always keeping it real with us, and for going way above and beyond to make our day happen. We had an amazing day that we will never forget.

We went with Kimberly for our wedding ceremony decor and flowers. From our first meeting to our wedding day, we were extremely happy with the service she provided! She paid attention to all details, was very responsive, asked the right questions, provided creative ideas, and was very helpful. We shared with her our vision for the day and she was able to provide everything we wanted! The bouquets/flowers were beautiful and MY bouquet was stunning! It was really everything I was hoping for. She and her team were flexible when our itinerary for the wedding needed to be adjusted, very positive and genuinely delightful to work with. Kim was the best investment for our wedding. If we could rate Kim higher than a 5/5, we would. We live in Australia, but our families live in the GTA, so we knew planning a wedding from halfway across the world would not be a small feat. From the get go, Kim said it would not be an issue planning a wedding from such a distance. We went with her full wedding planning package, and started planning our wedding a year in advance. Kim was always attentive and quick to respond to our questions. She also created an online board that organises all of our and her to dos, which was super helpful throughout the planning process. She would video conference with us at least twice a month, if not more, during the lead up to our wedding. In addition to being timely and organized, she knew of a lot of vendors and helped us choose vendors that were a good fit for us. She also gave us great advice on what things were worth spending more of our budget on and which things weren't. Over the course of the year, Kim became not only our wedding planner, but also a friend. On the wedding day itself, we had so much fun, and we were so happy with how smoothly things went. We were able to fully enjoy our day without having to worry. Kim and her team were like ninjas so if there was an issue, we didn't even hear or know about it. We also hired Kim for florals and decor and the venue looked impeccable. So if you're looking to choose a wedding planner who is timely, honest, fun loving, compassionate, hard working, experienced and goes the extra mile, go with Kim and her team from Envision Weddings. Kim and her team were amazing with helping us plan our wedding day. They were so wonderful to work with. Having Kim help us through the planning process made it so much easier as she had great recommendations, would put forth advice based on her experience and demonstrated consistent attention to detail. She responded quickly to our messages/emails and always answered questions. She thought of every little detail to help us really get the most out of our special day. The day of the wedding went very smoothly because Kim was accessible and directive with all our guests and vendors to ensure that our wedding went according to plan. She was there anytime we needed her and took care of any issues that arose. We would highly recommend her services as we feel our wedding day wouldn't have been as smooth without her. Kimberly Fu was kindly able to direct us to Meghan who did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. Kim and the Envision Weddings team Provide Step by Step, Efficient Wedding planning, always prioritizing your vision! We were incredibly lucky to have Kim of Envision Weddings and Events to help plan and coordinate our two day South Asian wedding in October 2019. Kim wasn't available for our Reception day so Meghan did the final planning and coordination for that day with support from Kim. We both live out of town, and had about 10 months in which to plan with chaotic work schedules and limited availability. Kim's flexibility and calm demeanor were invaluable during planning, keeping us on track with more frequent Zoom meetings as the wedding approached, an on line planning board with clear action items as well as reminders for decision/payment deadlines, as well as a very clear, prioritized timeline of things to do. Unlike other planning teams we met, Kim was extremely generous with her time and efforts during the entire process and on the event days. Kim helped flesh out and cultivate our vision for the wedding events, keeping this is mind throughout the entire planning process. She was exceptionally organized, with customized templates for budgets, guest lists, table settings etc to help streamline the logistics for our large event. We were so appreciative that Kim was experienced with planning for couples from out of town - she viewed venues and vendors for us, taking pictures/videos, uploading in real time along with pros/cons to help us make decisions from afar and maximize our time while in town. While Envision has great vendor suggestions/partnerships, they were also willing to work with vendors that we found via family/friends. The team is well versed in multicultural weddings. They had great communication with our families and vendors. All of our vendors had clear instructions/timelines to help ensure the events ran on time and seamlessly. We really enjoyed working with Kim and the Envision team. We would recommend them to anyone looking to plan and/or coordinate a wedding. I always felt that our vision, budget, and ensuring that we had a stress-free/enjoyable wedding were integral to the planning/coordination process. They put heart and soul, along with a few of our family members, into putting together our programme, wedding favors as well as welcome bags - truly invaluable help during the week of the wedding. Kim clearly loves what she does and her team is hand-selected for the same attitude and energy - this shines through in all their work!

With the help of Kim and her team at Envision weddings, we were able to plan our multi-day, fusion wedding with ease and confidence within 8 months. They guided us in parts unknown and provided upfront information and support. They were professional, friendly and accommodating to our hectic work schedule.The team was knowledgeable in all the ceremonies, traditions and rituals for both the Christian and Sikh aspects. We also hired Envision for floral work and they provided us the most beautiful centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres, and jai-malas. I would recommend Envision Weddings to any bride planning a wedding. Without them we would likely still be stuck trying to figure out what chair want! :)

Kim and Meghan did an unbelievable job helping us with our wedding. We went with the 2 month package and we have no regrets what so ever - best decision we could have made! Planning went very smooth and coordinating with vendors was a breeze. They sourced anything we wanted and did an amazing job setting everything up. They were professional, responsive, easy to work with and had some great vendor contacts that we used. The Envision Team was fantastic! We hired them for day-of coordination and floral arrangements and were impressed with their service every step of the way. Bonnie was extremely responsive, professional and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect so that we had time to enjoy the day. She was always available to answer any questions, gather info to keep us and vendors on track and to coordinate any last minute details. The decor and floral arrangements were beautiful and everything turned out as we had planned. We gave Kim our ideas and inspiration photos for the decor details and her team pulled it off perfectly. We received many compliments on the decor and just how smoothly the day went. We can't thank the Envision team enough for making the day a success. We absolutely couldn't have done it without them.
