Gloria was the best investment we made for our wedding. She was extremely professional, diligent, and personable. The wedding exceeded all of our expectations and she's solely responsible for that. If you are having a wedding on Whidbey Island, she is a must have!

First of all, I want to share my horrible experience before I met Gloria and her team. We are a military family and we weren’t sure where we were going to go next. We decided to have our wedding in Utah because I had lived there prior and loved the state. I particularly loved park city. I found a wedding planner there and things went south, from charging for gas prices and everything just for recommendations etc. She had not even planned a single thing yet. Fast forward, we eventually got our orders and found out we were moving to Washington State, Whidbey island to be exact. Being a person that always likes to plan ahead because of FOMO, I started to book venues and caterers’ etc before we even got to the state. When we finally got to Whidbey Island 4 months, we realized how far everything was and the fact that we actually had to get on a ferry to get off the island was not a very fun idea for me. This is when I met Gloria and the Whidbey party girls through one of the wedding websites (I think it was wedding wire). Out of all the terrible mistakes and decisions I had made, this was the best one so far. I read the reviews and they were all amazing, so I decided to meet with her. Back up a little, we met with several other planners and I was still fearful the same thing could happen with what happened with the planner we met in Utah. Anyway, Gloria and her girls started working on my wedding before I had even paid them. This made me think that if she can trust me and start working with me without me even paying her first, that means I could trust her. By this I mean she started giving me ideas etc etc. So my then fiancé and I decided to go with her. We found out that she was willing to work with us because she was willing to drive 3 hours to our venue site (due to my error) and it made me love her even more!. She cut my caterer’s bill in half over something that I could not have known because I did not understand the wording and hidden fees etc. Gloria and her girls (Amanda and Brandi) took over everything and literally all I had to do was decide what design the cake was, what colors I wanted and what theme and of course gave her our budget. I was so relieved because not only was I in school full time, I was also working full time and my then fiancé and now husband was deployed. They made my life so easy, and they worked with our budget so well, I could not believe I still had money left over in savings after the wedding O.O . Wedding day came and EVERYONE raved how PERFECT and fun it was. Whidbey party girls made sure every little detail was taken care of. They merged both mine and my hubs cultures together from food to other details etc. Brandi made sure my dress was taken care of. I could write a whole book guys. All I can say is, if you don’t book them, you’re definitely making a HUGE mistake! Our wedding went stress free and it was all thanks to them! They felt like a family for sure  E+B

We met Gloria over a year ago when my now husband, my family and I were exploring the option of having a wedding at my parents’ house on Whidbey Island. We were a little unsure about the possibility of having a wedding there because of the amount of people that we were planning on inviting. We were also nervous about the being able to provide vendors with their needs including water, electricity, cooking space and etc. Glorias enthusiasm, driven personality and motivation to make it happen is what made us move forward with using her as our wedding planner and is what made it all possible. The time and effort that she put into our wedding was amazing. She made us feel like we were her only clients even though her summer was full of weddings and other events every weekend. She responded to any questions or concerns that we had right away and always had a solution. She always had great ideas and always listened to our ideas and made them happen On the day of the wedding she and her crew had everything so organized and put together that neither me or my family had to worry about anything. Because of Gloria my husband and I, my family and his family, and everyone else was able to enjoy our day and have fun celebrating together. We had a vision of what our wedding day would be like and Whidbey Party Girls far exceeded that vision. Our wedding was beyond perfect to us and was the best day of our lives, we could not be more grateful for everything that they did.

Before ,during & after any event you are taken care of. All the Ts are crossed ,all the I s are dotted & if there are any the spelling errors are taken care of .I & many of my clients have received gift certificates ,beautiful Bagels, potted plants or a delicious dessert ,all as a Thank you for doing business . From the very first phone call, Gloria at Whidbey Party Girls was a pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding from 1200 miles away was made so much easier thanks to Gloria. We wanted to use local vendors and Gloria came through with flying colors; our photographer was fantastic; floral designer did amazingly beautiful work; cake was so good and so beautiful; catering was delicious and exactly what we wanted. And, the venue was absolutely perfect - thanks to Gloria and her persuasiveness about taking a look at it when I wasn't particularly interested. It turned out to be the perfect place for our wedding and reception. Gloria was amazing - she thought of everything and asked all the right questions. She was completely straight forward about everything and made me, feel like everything was under control. She was extremely personable with all of our guests and help to take care of things for our kids, parents and out-of-town guests. I was able to relax and really enjoy my wedding. Hiring Gloria was the best thing we did to ensure a beautiful, perfect wedding.
