Appreciative of the high customer service standard that the hotel staffs maintained during the COVID pandemic. The gingerbread house decorations in the lobby were also very seasonal and festive.

Had to park several blocks away, M Club unavailable (paid for), pool closed, and given a room by the elevators (typically noisy). All of this combined has left me very unimpressed for the price. It’s also inconsistent with the Mariott brand in my opinion.

Had an amazing stay, the staff is exceptional and so helpful, location of hotel was perfect for exploring Victoria! Will be back for sure.

So far this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Victoria. The rooms are soo comfortable you just never want to leave! The pool is great and breakfast is super yummy with big portions and quality food. I will never stay at another place in Victoria, this hotel has the best location as well walk-able to everywhere in downtown and lots of great restaurants in the area. Love it!!!

Can’t get a room by 3:30, check in counter insist check in start at 4 pm. Can’t get a bottle of water from because of COVID? Delta hotel in the same group has different policy?!

Decently appointed but I think it's nearly time to refresh. The room was decently appointed but was frustrated that they make it so difficult to connect HDMI to the TV. Their AC is quite loud and frequently goes on and off during the night as it tries to maintain temperature. Deducting a couple of stars because of the price for what you're getting. Parking was not free which I find ridiculous. The pool was cloudy and had lots of debris when we used it in the afternoon - saw a couple of bandages in the water as well. The next morning it was clean and clear. So I'm not sure how often it's being cleaned but expect that it's frequent enough that it doesn't get into that condition mid afternoon. The gym facilities were not good.

Friendly and professional service, room was clean, up to date, spacious. Small carpets on either side of the bed were a nice touch

I only had one night stay for a business meeting in Victoria. The hotel was clean and room/bed comfortable. Room service was excellent. The staff was super nice and energetic. Had a great start to my busy day. She certainly made a difference.

Great location right downtown, nice facility and great staff

Mother/daughter 10 year old special night away... checked in early and later on some young people who showed no respect to anyone else .... continued all night even after hotel contacted about noise complaints. In the end it was like paying to stay & be torture by noise.

The guy hotel staff gives me a wrong information about my marriot bonvoy member benefits. He told me my Gold Elite status doesn't eglible for fast speeds wifi internet. after I found out from another lady hotel staff the fast speeds internet is complimentary for member.

Hotel is at a great location in the downtown, walking distance to everything. The room was super clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant is a bit pricey but the portion and quality was very good. Definitely stay here again!

We had a good time staying two nights at the Marriot. We loved the location as it was closer to most places. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We would definitely go back.

Fully update the rooms and hallways already! They are beyond dated. And reopen the M club lounge! So tired of Business sticking to covid as a reason to deny full service.

The Marriott Inner Harbour is an amazing place to stay in Victoria BC. I actually first experienced the Marriott Inner Harbour while attending a conference. The staff were great. Very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable about Victoria. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Basically, I liked everything about my stay at the Marriott Inner Harbour, and will definitely be booking there, on my next trip to Victoria BC. Thanks to all the staff and please just keep doing things the way you do.

A lovely hotel in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff.

I would normally suggest staying here but if your a family it hasn’t been the greatest experience. The pool has no regulation for time slots and it was unfortunate to take our kids up and down multiple times due to their 8 person limit. If your a family coming to use the pool do not bank on it as it is always full. Staff was fairly unhelpful and there were no towels so we went through the hotel soaking wet when we finally went in.

It was great. With Covid nothing can be over the top. We called to ask about how busy the pool was and we’re told they had no idea.. so took our chances of changing in the room then hoping it wasn’t to busy when we got down there. Success! The food was amazing. The room was waaaay bigger then we expected and that view was a 10.

This hotel has friendly staff and it is walking distance to the inner harbour. There is a hot tub, a pool, and a gym. The rooms are clean and one has a great view of the city. There is parking available. Family friendly.

Great clean hotel. Classy. A but expensive giving the fact we are in a pandemic and they have so many rooms open. Even the Westin in Toronto is less expensive. Also, "no to go breakfast" available. Sawn, the receptionist was a really nice guy and helped me with my reservation. Thank you!

A person with glasses serving breakfast today (July 1 around 9:15 am ) at the patio was rude and racist. She went to every other table to ask about the coffee refill and the service except for us. She was literally ignoring us. Really disappointed!!! How any hotel can do like this with their guests especially with Titanium members??? Location and room excellent service

We had a great experience and stay at this location. We arrived super early and the staff were able to check us in and upgrade our family to 16th floor with a balcony! We had great views from our window and corner balcony. Our breakfast server was Angela and she was very accomodating to our needs. She and the rest of the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and met our needs in every way. We were so glad we decided to go with Marriot Inner Harbour and will be recommending them to family and friends. We'll be back!

Very rude front desk and door staff! I had a friend staying with the hotel from Japan and unknown to me at the time he had changed hotels to the Coast hotel. (Due to the poor staffing and over price.) But in his haste he forgot to call me. I walked up to the front counter to ask the lady to please ring my friend, but I had to wait ten minutes for her to get off of the phone. (She could not even say: "Just one moment please sir.") When she got off of the phone and bluntly asked me what I wanted, I gave her the name of my friend and she ask a doorman to go up to the room as a taxi driver was here for a pick up. I was so shocked! I was polite and not poorly dressed. I nor non of my family and friends will do any business with this Marriott hotel.

Understaffed location, no housekeeping, sub-par restaurant that couldn't prepare a steak. I'm sure everyone was doing their best, it just wasn't good enough.

Enjoyed our time in Victoria

Staff were incredibly helpful and the room was spacious and comfortably furnished. The 9th floor room had an interesting view of the city and neighbouring buildings. Parking facilities underground were easy to access. The pool facilities include a small pool (too short for laps), cozy hot tub, and a steam room (nice and hot!). Location is very convenient for sightseeing in downtown Victoria as everything is within walking distance.

Amazing location with great service and staff. A few bumps with the lounge/10 dollar food credit but all resolved for the most part and enjoyed our suite room. Was able to use our suite upgrades for a great view of the mountains with a balcony and a 1 bedroom suite.

Showed up to the hotel, to check in and ready to relax after a long drive. We were told that parking at the hotel was full, and although we are guests staying.. we were advised to park on the street somewhere or a parkade.. which was free... however, disappointed we had to go off the premises and walk with all of our luggage back to the hotel. Front entrance was blocked by vehicles, probably due to lack of parking and guests trying to figure out how to get settled while finding parking elsewhere. The room is clean and cozy and staff were helpful. I do think they need to work out parking for guests only and have enough available.
