As always we received great personal service from Ken and his team at Sitka Law. For now, (likely not forever), everyone is being asked to wear disposable gloves for their appointment which are provided upon arrival. Very few people know how to avoid contamination wearing gloves so I'm not sure if rooting in my purse for a mint to pop in my mouth with their gloves on was a good thing or not ;). Also the sign on the door said to call first if we've been in contact with anyone who has been on an airplane in the last 14 days. We weren't advised of this requirement before our appointment which is when it would have been helpful to know. We really appreciate their superb legal service (outstanding for sure), but their Covid-19 safety requirements should be communicated well in advance, as they don't follow BC's provincial health officer recommendations. We still give them 5 stars because this is an isolated issue and nothing we weren't able to work around, albeit wearing crinkly gloves.

Filled out request on their website and then followed up with a phone call two weeks later. It took them almost 2-weeks to call me back apologizing for a website glitch but had no idea about my call. Needless to say I went with a different firm.

In dealing with Sitka Law regarding the resolution of an estate I found them to be of the highest professional caliber. As the executor of this estate my initial meetings were with Stephanie Sieber but when she became ill Gurpreet Randhawa took over the file. Gurpreet is kind, knowledgeable and efficient and she took a great interest in me as a person during a most difficult time. I also had many pleasant interactions with Shantelle Stadler who was meticulous in dealing with all of the paperwork. I noticed a beneficiary of the estate who Sitka Law Group did not represent left Sitka a 1-star review which I was disappointed to see. His review is unfortunate and does not accurately depict what transpired. I would not hesitate to recommend Sitka Law to anyone needing to administer an estate.
