I rented chairs and signing table from here for my wedding. Staff are friendly, so easy to work with. I kept changing the chair number due to change of guest. They did it in one sec after they pick up the phone. white wooden chair come with padding, our wedding is about 7 hours long, nobody complains about the chair. Good price and pick up service.

Elizabeth is amazing! Her attention to detail, her ability to be calm and patient, was above anything I've seen in a long time. I had to make a ton of changes, I wasn't sure of so many things, and she continued to provide me with options, alternative, time, and understanding, until we came to revision #9 and confirmed the final order. She managed to make me feel no stress, and calm about it all, as this is my first big event. I can't say enough good stuff about Elizabeth. Tony was great too, but it was Elizabeth that I dealt with mostly and she was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Pedersen's Event Rentals to ANYONE who has an event, small or large, formal or casual, Pedersen's will provide you with fabulous service and a great attitude the entire way through. Peterson’s was great leading up to the wedding but as soon as it was over the service we received was awful. They were rude and tried to get out of completing tasks that were clearly on the contract. They also charged us for losing a few forks. Who does that... would not recommend to anyone

Not LGBT friendly. They called us three days before our wedding in October to tell us they couldn't get the table cloths we ordered and would have to pay an additional fee to get the same thing from another distributor or make due with table cloths that wouldn't fit for the same price. There was no option to cancel the table coverings and get the same thing at another company. When I insisted on getting what I paid for , I remember verbatim how the man on the phone responded before hanging up on me "Well first of all, you haven't paid for anything yet and second of all, this is the situation you're in so you have to accept it". He also made three comments about me being an angry lesbian in a 12 minute phone call. After cancelling the order entirely, and getting a new order organized through another event rental company (the lady told me I was the second person with a similar story from Pedersen's that year). The manager called to give a half-hearted apology but also told me on no uncertain terms that I could cancel the order so soon to the date and my credit card would be charged regardless. If it hadn't been 3 days before my wedding I would have fought it. They were rude to our friends who picked up the order, the table cloths did not fit and were stained and some of the dishes were dirty and had to be washed day of. I've never been this upset from a bad business interaction. It wasn't just one rude/clueless employee, everyone I interacted with was nasty and it was nothing but a headache.
