Adam is an absolute artistic delight! He photographed our engagement shoot for us in Victoria - and my husband and I loved the photos so much that we decided to fly him down to Miami to shoot our destination wedding. He did not disappoint. Adam is the king of capturing the perfect candid moment and has a special knack for making the whole experience a pleasure. I got my Passport photos done here on Wednesday, May 22nd after a different business’s photos were rejected(after 10 attempts and a good shot!.. but that’s another story). The man who did my photos was polite, courteous, and funny. He was able to get the perfect passport photo on the first try. Yes this place is slightly more expensive than others ($28), but they are professional photographers and you pay for the convenience of being right next to the passport office. He also did a great job working on a baby’s passport photo right before mine. I definitely recommend and would use their services again!

We hired Lightwell Photography for our wedding last July. I am so pleased that we chose to work with this company. We decided to purchase the photography/videography package and it was worth every penny. Adam and his team were a dream to work with. They made my husband and I feel comfortable and relaxed, while they captured every moment of our day. From posed family photos to casual natural shots our wedding album is something that I will always cherish. The video they made for us still makes me tear up when I watch it, and helps be hold onto the feelings and memories from our special day.

I have only good things to say about Adam and his team at Lightwell Photography and so do my wedding guests! It was such a fun experience working with Adam. My husband and I did both our engagement shoot and wedding shoot with Lightwell and all of the pictures are fantastic! Adam made it so that I didn't have anything to worry about on the wedding day. He was easily able to direct a crowd and keep things moving throughout the day and he gave great direction for photos when necessary, but more importantly he captured amazing candid shots of us and our guests. Adam's outgoing nature and great personality made him fun to work with. I have a picture of my dad that I will cherish forever, thanks to Adam's candid skills! He even spoke to our vendors when necessary, which made things a lot easier on us. I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for an awesome photographer!

This review is for passport photos, not weddings/engagements. Bad experience. For passports, it really depends who you get. We unfortunately were met by someone who wasn't trained properly. It wasn't necessarily his fault, but I wish he'd been provided better training. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes for what should take 5 minutes (as the owner states). This made us late for the Service Canada appointment next door. I wouldn't gamble with this place until the owner can commit to training the employees more thoroughly. For the owner/mamager: As a client I shouldn't have to provide training after waiting for 20+ minutes. Not training employees really puts them in a difficult position.

Lightwell Photography did an incredible job of capturing my wedding on film this summer. I chose Lightwell because they truly wanted to get the best possible photos for me, without hidden costs or limits on time/shots/access. Their prices were reasonable in the marketplace, and their work is first-rate. They are good, honest people...exactly the company I was looking for. We did a mostly-DIY wedding, and Lightwell was one of the only "real" wedding vendors we hired. I am SO glad we decided to purchase their photography/videography package. Knowing that our wedding would be recorded for those who couldn't join us was a huge relief during the crazy-busy wedding planning. The team from Lightwell not only captured me perfectly throughout my wedding day, but also made sure I was feeling relaxed and calm so that I would look my best. I received the photos before we were back from our honeymoon! Everything was perfect.
