The best advice I could give to anyone planning a wedding in BC is to hire Bre and Grady. I mean, their work speaks for itself, it goes without saying that they are insanely talented. Wonderful photos, touching videos, extremely communicative and very professional throughout the planning process.... but thats not why you should hire them. Some background: because of covid we eloped and chose not to have any guests at our wedding (besides our dog), since our family all live in the Atlantic Bubble it didn't feel right to have local friends - "If mom can't come no one can." We were powering through our wedding morning, convincing ourselves we made the right choice to elope and have a big reception in a year or two (or three)... and then Bre and Grady showed up with smiles on their faces and a loaf of bread in hand, and it honestly changed our whole day around. "Powering through" quickly turned into "the perfect day." They gave us the space to feel every emotion, to take the time to be sad and talk about our family, to celebrate our love, and the time to dance around the living room at the prospect of some east coast donair sauce. They were wonderful. And thats the reason you should hire them. Because they will make you feel like the most special people and their dearest friends. They have this insane talent for feeling like your family - its a real gift, and one that is so precious to us. I've never met two people more generous, compassionate, lovely and happy people. They gave us a wonderful gift by being there, I will be forever grateful that they're on the other side of all my wedding memories.

Breanna is such a dream to work with! She covered our elopement back in July and my husband and I knew we were going to get such a wonderful video as soon as we saw their work and all the more when we met Bre. She is the nicest, most accommodating, and amazingly talented person in her craft. She made us feel so comfortable right from the get-go which is essential when choosing your videographer. As soon as we saw our video, true enough we were beyond happy with the result. She delivered what we had envisioned and more! We are so grateful to have a keepsake of our special day for years to come and something to show our loved ones who were not able to make it to our big day because of the pandemic. If you are looking for a videographer, give Evergreenbound Films a chance and you won’t regret it!

Bre and Grady from Evergreen and Bound gave us the best wedding gift ever! I'm embarrassed to say how often I've watched the video of our wedding. It was also such a good way to share our wedding with people who couldn't make it. They caught so many amazing moments and I got to see people reacting and interacting that I never would have without the video. They did a 5min highlight real, and a full video of all our wedding speeches. I love that I have those memories forever and that the sweet words people spoke are not lost. To our surprise they also threw in a free video of my father daughter dance, which was too fun. My dad and I got to watch it together over Christmas. Brady and Bre met with us in advance and heard everything we wanted. They we so fun to have on sight, knew all our other vendors and worked in lock step with our photographer. I would highly recommend them. The captured all the funny and sweet aspects of the day. Please excuse me while I go re-watch that highlight reel.

Prior to our wedding, we were encouraged by many friends and family members to consider getting a wedding video. Now, with our wedding behind us, I am so thankful we listened. The wedding dress has been dry-cleaned, thank you cards have been sent, and the planning is finally done, but what we have left is our incredible wedding video made by Evergreen & Bound. I’ve come back to this video more times than I can count since our wedding day and it’s special knowing that I will continue to do so for years and years to come. Those memories have been captured forever. After watching many wedding videos by Evergreen & Bound, we knew we’d love what they created, however, we were blown away with how well the video represented us. It not only captured the beautiful and romantic moments, but the silly ones as well that make us who we are as a couple. The laughing and crying, family and friends, big moments and small details were all there. Leading up to our wedding, Breanna and Grady did a ton of research about our wedding venue and also met with us to discuss our hopes and expectations for our video. They found beautiful locations for photography for our bridal party and as a couple, which really took a lot of stress off! What we feel makes Evergreen & Bound stand out is how seamlessly they fit into our wedding day. Breanna and Grady made us feel super comfortable. They caught the natural moments without us even knowing, while also helping us relax during formal photography. I will never forget the moment where we were posing on a piece of driftwood on the beach looking at the sunset and I was so focused on holding my train a certain way for the photographer. Breanna commented on the gorgeous sunset, beautiful location, and the fact that we were officially married. It reminded me to take in my surroundings and be present in the moment, something that can sometimes escape you on your wedding day. It was little moments like this that makes me so happy we chose Evergreen & Bound.

Breanna and Grady of Evergreen and Bound Films are simply wonderful, amazing people and artists. We hired them to be our wedding videographers almost a year before our wedding date - which was smack in the middle of the unimaginable year that was 2020 - and way before there was any idea about the current pandemic. We were immediately taken with their style of videos from their website; the videos captured such sweet, intimate and personal moments in a natural and authentic way. We had to plan our wedding and talk with them over video calls because they're based on Vancouver Island and we're in the lower mainland, but their unfailing energy and enthusiasm was always apparent. We had to re-imagine our entire wedding to deal with the constant changes due to covid, right up to the weeks before our wedding. Despite this they were always so willing to cooperate and work together with us and our other wedding professionals, and offer ideas on how best to capture our special day. On the wedding day itself they helped and guided us through creating and recording special moments that always felt true to us and enhanced the experience of our wedding day, but they remained unobtrusive enough to let us enjoy every moment. Also, completely unknown to us, prior to our wedding date they worked with our wedding officiant to create a special surprise - collecting and editing a series of video messages from some of the most special people in our lives, sending us their best wishes and love for our wedding day because none of them were able to attend our wedding due to pandemic restrictions. Imagine our surprise and delight as we saw and heard from our loved ones as the clips were presented to us throughout our reception dinner. This was our absolute best wedding day present, one we will treasure forever. The final wedding highlight video itself was just stunning, absolutely perfect in capturing who we are, and the love we shared on our wedding day - the highlight video and the video messages are the only way we've been able to share the experience of our wedding day with most of our family and friends - they all loved the videos. Being able to record the wedding was one of the main reasons we decided to proceed instead of cancelling or postponing. Breanna and Grady are creative, adventurous, enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly and easy to work with - having them there took away some of the stressfulness of the day, they were a fantastic team to have on our side on our wedding day. We have these beautiful memories captured to remind us of one of the most magical days of our lives. I must admit, it was not easy convincing my husband that we needed a wedding video. Even when we met the amazing Breanna and Grady, he was happy we found some new friends, but still wasn’t completely sold on the idea. We are both happy I took control and made the call for both of us. All it took was the 30 second highlight teaser and he was hooked. Now we both look back on our video and are so thrilled we chose to have Evergreen & Bound Films join us on our wedding weekend! You can watch endless films of other couples on their wedding day, but nothing compares with the emotion it brings up when it is you and your new spouse. Breanna and Grady were kind, creative, professional ninjas (how’d they get those shots, didn’t even see them there?). Breanna helped me stay in the moment and Grady stunned the crowd with his winning dance moves. Couldn’t be happier we choice them to capture our day for us!
