More than 5 times scheduled with Albert, 3 times he did not show up with the equipment required to do what he needed to do and more often than not was late for his booked time giving us zero notice. More than twice he didn't show up. On his last day he left without screwing the face plate of an ethernet/cable port into the wall, this was left exposed in a children's playroom.
