Pete’s absolutely saved the event I was volunteering at today. I called in hopes that they could supply 15-18 tables, unfortunately with short notice, and within an hour they arrived and brought them in and set them up for us. Again, thank you so much!

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH PETE'S RENTALS DURING COVID! My wife and I booked tables, chairs, decor, etc for our June 2021 wedding and paid a $1,000 deposit on a total of approximately $3,000. Due to the pandemic and restrictions on size of weddings, dancing, etc, we've decided to cancel for the time being and re-book once the pandemic is over. Our venue was quick to understand and refund our entire deposit ($4,000) and all of our other vendors offered the same treatment (including one that works very closely with Pete's and recommended them in the first place). She was lovely to work with and would recommend her anytime, unlike Pete's. We find them disrespectful and rude and none of the other vendors acted this way. Do yourselves a favour and don't book with them until the pandemic is over as unfortunately there may be some surprises yet to come and once Pete's has any of your money, you can kiss it goodbye.

The people were friendly and helpful but the harvest tables are quite expensive to rent and the legs are flimsy and crooked. They also leave pieces of shims hanging out on the outside of the table legs. This looks terrible and can get caught on clothing.

Very dissatisfied with our rental of a tent. -Metal rings required by instructions were not attached to tent -Left messages on Sunday that were never returned (tent was picked up Wednesday) -Workers sent to pick up the tent did not call us before hand, tent was still set up and they charged us to take it down without letting us know that we were going to be charged -Management was not helpful with our complaints

Really disappointed with their customer service. Had a podium rented and due to a winter storm we had to postpone the event. They wouldn't let me change my order to our rescheduled date (unless we used that day!). Very disappointed and won't be renting from them again.

Pete's Rentall is the BEST! Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to their customer, their tents are in immaculate shape and their rentals are the same. I would highly recommend them for your weddings, corporate events, big or small - they've got it all! Another huge thing that sets them apart from the market is that they are incredibly knowledgeable and ensure that all safety guidelines and permitting regulations are met on site - very important! - Michelle Nicol

We put a deposit in good faith on a tent for our wedding in Sept 2019, the contract date was for July 2020. We can't have the wedding because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The company may not be able to provide and install the tent, nor are they willing to refund our deposit. We do not recommend using this company because they feel they can change a contract date without the customers consent. Changing our wedding date is not an option for us , as we are seniors at high risk for serious illness from Covid-19.
