We have had the pleasure to work with Noha for our very first wedding at Obsidian Ridge this past year in 2020. She a had moments notice to prep and plan for such a grand event. While working a global pandemic, Noha definitely had her hands full with challenges. Not only did she have all the details covered, she was on point and 100% professional. The design and creativity unfolded before our eyes. Everything was magical, sophisticated and pure to say the least. The brides reveal of her creation at the reception space brought her to tears (we absolutely loved experiencing this). FUTURE BRIDES: If you require assistance for intimate weddings, you should be booking a consultation with Noha Terabain first! Our wedding was very intimate. We chose it that way. Those who were meant to be there to share the experience with us were there. I had the perfect vision for my wedding dress when I chose it December 2019 from Bailando Boutique. When I picked up my dream dress in August 2019, I realized I was going to require HELP because I did not assign a Maid of Honour to assist with duties. Enter Noha Terabain from Roselite Event Planning. I met her in August 2019, our wedding was fast approaching in October. My BIGGEST REGRET is not meeting Noha to engage her creativity and ideas for our wedding sooner (Noha knows how much I love SPARKLES), however I am grateful because she is zealous, committed and passionate. Noha utilized amazing skills in leadership, effective communication and I put faith in her creativity to assist with vendors and planning for our intimate wedding, even details I did not previously consider or think of regarding day-of coordination! Our intimate wedding was everything it was intended to be. Noha was an essential contribution to our special day especially with her calm, collective demeanor (you won't realize how important that is until your nerves and adrenaline get going!). Noha Terabain, I am very grateful that you were part of our special day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We planned (and re-planned) our wedding during covid, and I don't know how we would have done it without her. She was so knowledgable, helpful, down to earth, professional, and she went above and beyond. So incredibly grateful and impressed by Roselite Event Planning services for my sister's wedding this summer. Having planned several weddings myself, I never thought it was necessary to have a wedding planner but I couldn't have been more wrong. Noha went above and beyond for every event and took care of literally everything! From picking vendors, attending meetings, and creating schedules to making sure the bride had everything she needed, Noha had it covered. She was our go to person and remained professional and prepared throughout. She had bobby pins in her purse just incase, pens handy for when we needed it and even remembered to grab the snacks from the bridal room for the bride to eat later that night. From the big stuff to the little details, she took care of it. I would highly recommend her services to everyone. She is soo sweet and genuinely cares about your big day!

Noha is the most phenomenal wedding planner. We hired her for day of coordination and it was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Our families were both able to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. Before the wedding, Noha coordinated with all my create a very detailed timeline. We also shared a timeline with our families so they knew where they needed to be and when. Noha is very quick to respond when I messaged her before the wedding and she took care of some last minute items the day after the wedding for us! In the morning, Noha brought her steamer to steam my dress. She also responded to calls from other vendors on the day of the event to keep everything stress free for us! During our couple photo session, Noha helped the photographers capture beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. She ensured my makeup looked great and fixed my dress for me when needed. At the reception, she bustled my dress and solved the issue of my veil dragging all over the dance floor. Noha did a fantastic job problem solving the issues that surfaced on the day of the event. I highly recommend hiring Noha, she is definitely worth the investment. I can proudly say I enjoyed my wedding all thanks to her hard work and commitment ♥️

My wedding was in July 2018 and I can honestly say that Noha, Owner of Roselite Event Planning was such an incredibly helpful and genuinely sweet person. She helped and planned every single one of my events, leading up to the wedding. Every time there was an unexpected problem or hurdle, she took care of it making sure I didn't stress out and took care of things that could easily be overlooked. She always carried everything with her, things I wouldn't even think of like tide-to-go, blotting papers, water bottles, extra pair of shoes etc. The best part of everything is that Noha is an extremely kind person. It's so much more fun when you can work with someone who you can connect with and Noha is so thoughtful and caring. I would definitely recommend everyone to get Noha to plan their wedding. The best decision my husband and I made was to have Noha coordinate our wedding. The week leading up to the wedding was one of the most stressful weeks as we were figuring out final details of the day, and Noha was there every step of the way, not only trying to calm me down, but also coming up with ideas, and taking control of everything that needed to be done. For example, the weather forecast took a major turn on our wedding day and Noha was quickly able to think of plan b AND c! She found the most beautiful indoor place for us to have our portrait photos which captured the exact look we wanted! Noha also planned out the wedding day itinerary and connected with all vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Noha took care of us by making sure we were fed, as the nerves often took over ????, and she even brought me water on the dance floor to make sure I wasn’t dehydrated! Noha went above and beyond to make sure our families were having a good time, and there was not a single detail she missed in the process. Whether it was removing stains off my dress, remembering to bring umbrellas, or lining up our families for family photos, Noha was on top of it all! Thanks to Noha, my husband and I, along with our families, are able to look back on this day and think of how much fun we had rather than how stressed we were! My husband and I had our wedding in October 2018 and Noha was our wedding coordinator. Both my husband and I were so impressed with her work and can’t recommend her enough to those who are getting married. When my husband and I first became engaged, we heard so many warnings about how difficult it is to plan a wedding and how something always goes wrong the day of. We have lived to confirm that wedding planning is indeed hard but in all honesty our wedding day ran more smoothly than we could have ever hoped. Noha worked so hard in the weeks leading up to our wedding to ensure that the many details would eventually come together. Both my husband and I are perfectionists and it’s fair to say we met our match in Noha—it became clear when she gave us detailed summaries of our wedding ideas and vendors, as well as a schedule for our wedding day. Noha was punctual and fully engaged in our meetings with our vendors and did not hesitate to advocate for us when she thought she needed to. We really came to trust and rely on her judgment when we realized that she expects nothing but the best. Our wedding day turned out to be an absolute fairytale. My husband and I only learned afterwards of all the challenges Noha had to contend and deal with on our behalf. Noha was so detail oriented, organized, and completely in charge of everything and everyone on our wedding day. After the big day, we discovered that things definitely did go wrong but that Noha came up with practical and creative solutions to deal with all of it and in the process ensured that we weren’t burdened by the gory details. Like many others, my husband and I found our wedding day extremely overwhelming — we were both so nervous in the spotlight with all eyes on us and countless people demanding our attention. We are so grateful to have been spared the difficult task of coordinating our own wedding day. What began as a professional relationship quickly turned into a friendship which speaks to Noha’s passion and dedication for her work. My husband and I both agree that having Noha as our wedding day coordinator is the best wedding planning decision we made.

There aren’t enough good things I can say about Noha, it was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process to hire her as my wedding planner. Noha took care of absolutely everything and I can’t thank her enough for it. I hired Noha after hiring most of my wedding vendors but thought I would need someone to take care of the “day off” details for me as I am not from Alberta. Originally I stuck with the idea that Noha would take care of the wedding day details as almost everything else was already done, but little did I know that I didn’t have nearly as much of it figured out as I should and that COVID out of all things in the world would postpone my wedding. Noha was there with me to organize every step of the way, with figuring out all the vendor contract details, organizing payment due dates and appointments, making sure everything was done according to a time line for the original wedding date and then when COVID came along, she was the person I relied on the most to help me figure out how to move forward ( emotionally and planning wise). In less than a month Noha and I organized an alternate day for my wedding ( got a new date, venue, invites, smaller guest list, changes to decor, and everything imaginable). Noha was super supportive throughout the whole process and especially that last bit where COVID messed up all our original planning, I am so thankful she was there for me to go back to and vent to about my frustrations and worries, she truly was my therapist, friend, and planner all at once and I don’t know how she didn’t lose her mind dealing with all that stress. She was even generous enough to drive me to a few of my bridal appointments when I first moved to Edmonton and was still settling in and didn’t know my way around yet. A week before the wedding she told me she would take over communication with all vendors to reduce my stress levels and that worried me originally as I wanted to be in control of everything but letting her take over was the best decision as I was stress free leading up to the wedding and focused on the exciting parts leading up to the wedding rather than the frustrating parts. Please let her take care of things leading up to the wedding, you will thank me for this advice after! The day of the wedding she had everything organized by the minute and had backup plans for anything that could go wrong. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time and helped manage stress levels that were definitely rising that day. Noha and my decorator (edge of elegance by Ala) even planned a wedding day surprise for me with all my original decor that I thought was gone due to COVID delaying shipments. I was able to talk to her about literally anything and she always had advice/solutions for me. Thank you so much Noha for everything you put into making this wedding happen, I truly wouldn’t have been able to do it without you, and I miss working with you so very much! ???? This post is missing so many other details she did for me but if I wrote everything down it would be an essay.

My cousin’s wedding, thanks to Noha Tarrabain, owner of Roselite Event Planning, was a success. From the bride’s morning party to the end of the night, Noha was there making sure that everything ran smoothly. From meeting with vendors weeks before the wedding, dropping off last minute items at the hall, showing up two hours before the wedding to make sure that the decorations were exactly what the bride asked for, Noha was on it!
