Wedding Date: June 8, 2019 We had an awesome experience with Majestic Weddings. Iqlima and Mustafa were great to work with. We had to change our reception after already meeting for the initial location, having planned everything out. They were able to work with us on a new decor plan with the new location, even though none of us have seen it yet because it is brand new and was still under construction. Secondly, my ceremony location was suppose to be outdoors, but due to unpredictable weather conditions, we decided to change to an indoor venue 3 days before the wedding! They were so accommodating to the very last seconds for us. No words can show our appreciation for all of their hard work and dedication. They added extra decor to our ceremony and reception at no additional cost to make our wedding to look grande! If you are considering to hire Majestic Weddings, do not hesitate. Mustafa and Iqlima were an absolute delight to work with throughout my wedding process. The best way I can describe it is like I was working with friends to plan my wedding. They made it all very fun and were always very 'real'. If they thought something was going to be a waste of money, they told you so and they also made you aware of your options to get the best bang for your buck. They are very responsive, accommodating to the needs of their client, and aren't afraid to get creative to make things work! They exceeded even what I had envisioned for my wedding. They also are very reasonably priced and just made the whole experience stress-free, which is very important in a wedding. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. You cannot go wrong with Majestic Weddings!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Majestic Weddings team on a huge event I helped plan for a major beauty influence (Fro Artistry) in Calgary. A few weeks before the event, Iqlima went out of her way to come down to Calgary to attend a venue visit with me, so we could discuss the layout of the room and other day-of logistics. On the day of the event, we had 2.5 hours to set-up the room (which is not enough time given everything that needed to be done!) but her and the rest of their team got to work and did an exceptional job- they completely transformed the room! The Majestic Weddings team is professional, friendly and above all- they are extremely talented! It was a true pleasure working with Iqlima and the rest of her team and I look forward to working together again in the future!

Cool I am the first one writing the review. I would say they are way better than Edmonton Wedding & Party Center. They carry newer inventory and tons of selection. Reasonable pricing, be on time and stress free service.

We got a 12x12 flower wall for a backyard wedding and it looked amazing. We put it behind out head table and it really made our venue look elegant. Was also a hot spot for pictures the entire night. The team was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

This team is amazing and are experts when it comes to decorating! My guests and family were amazed with the decor and first dance!! I opted for custom dance floor with fog and indoor fireworks! Everyone was blown away. This husband and wife team will ensure that your decor is taken to the next level! Everyone is so nice and wants to make sure that you are comfortable with how it looks! If you have a vision of how it will look, they will make it come true!!!! Loved working with them!!!!! And of course I would highly recommend!!!!

If we are being honest, the decor looked phenomenal to everyone who attended our wedding, but for the price we paid and what was agreed to in our final invoice, it was NOT what we wanted. It felt like Majestic may have overbooked themselves. Unlike the rest of our vendors, they were almost impossible to get hold of and would take forever to reply to emails. Iqlima called me 2 days before our wedding to confirm the decor and still it was NOT what we talked about. Our head table did NOT have the tablecloth or draping that we agreed upon, our backdrop did NOT have chandeliers, there were NO vases left on the head table that could fit our standard-size bouquets, there was NO stage props as agreed upon, the arrangement for the floral balls on the tables were so one-sided (half the room had way more higher centerpieces) and we never got the rosette tablecloth for our cake table that we agreed upon. Again, if we are being honest, Majestic did attempt to make up a bit for these lapses in our arrangement by upgrading all 12 of the head table chairs to gold chiavari chairs. Overall, the decor that was there was really pretty, but all things being considered, it was NOT what we had envisioned or agreed to, so we would be really hesitant to refer them to anyone. This is truly disappointing to us, because Majestic’s work is awesome and they are really nice people. We just weren’t 100% satisfied with our experience.

I can't tell you how happy My family was with the service, not to mention the stress relief. Iqlima and Mustafa Were helpful, courteous, professional, and always took the time to respond quickly. I would highly reccomend there service for any occasion. They really did help make the wedding majestic and beautiful.

They decided to keep my deposit I've asked twice already to have my money returned as Covid and the indoor ban restrictions are still in place I've already moved the wedding dates twice in the past and didn't want to reschedule anything anymore. All I got was please understand we are a small business. Frankly that's none of my concern or problem. My problem is getting my money back for a service that was never fufilled to begin with. I literally feel robbed by them !!

Our whole experience with majestic wedding was just amazing! They are so well organized and extremely helpful. They did such a beautiful job decorating our wedding, very talented people. They went over and beyond to make our day extra special. Our decor turned out way nicer than I could have imagined. The first time I met the owners of Majestic I was atracted by their friendliness and passion for what they do.But going to different events and weddings I have seen their work and I could compare what they do with what the competition had to offer.All I can say by observing their work closer during this past year is that they are setting a standard for the industry. If I had to describe their work in 2 words I would say they are the Rolls Royce of the wedding events. I dare you to find a better one.I saw them putting the extra work .the bonus offers and the deals for all tastes and budgets. So far all their events that I saw were all unique.Each event was custom designed by Iqlima. They always bring new stuff and there is a new breath of fresh with every event they organise.. I guess what I am trying to say it is this.If it is to be ....it's Majestic. But hey do not believe me..shop around and you will discover it for yourself. P.S. One of the pics I posted on a wedding set up by Majestic at The Palace Banquets ( even though is not my favorite got 20 000 views ) Well done Majestic! Choosing Majestic weddings as our decor team for our winter wedding was a match made in Heaven to creating the wedding my husband and I envisioned. Our theme was a luxurious royal winter wonderland with decor in white and crystal. Needless to say, my expectations did not come short with my creative and both Mustafa and Iqlima were a dream to work with. To achieve my creative, we went full scale and got everything such as custom vinyl dance floor with our monogrammed initials, white manzanita trees, custom white aisle runner, white phoenix chairs, white pillars with candelabras/crystals, premium charger plates, white sofas, royal chairs, etc. All this to say, my theme was flawlessly executed and they (Mustafa and Iqlima) created our fairytale which had all guests including my hotel in awe. Collaborating with both Mustafa and Iqlima was a breeze. They were attentive, kind, prompt, punctual, reliable, and went the extra mile to accommodate all my requests. An examples of going the extra mile involved them acquiring extra supplies they did not have in stock to execute my wedding flawlessly. To upcoming brides, I tell you that working with Majestic weddings is a great investment that will yield the returns that you want, as they will ensure that you have a seamless and stressful wedding of your dreams. I look forward to planning other life celebrations such as anniversaries, baby showers, etc with Majestic Weddings.

Very disappointed with Majestic Weddings, they took our deposit away in times where we did not have a choice but to cancel our wedding as covid did not allow us to have a wedding. We lost out to alot of money for a newly weds. I do not recommend using Majestic as they would just take your deposit if some sort of emergency pops up.
