I have had 2 different wedding coordinators from this company and neither have been efficient in answering my questions. The first girl (Rachelle) acted as if I was bothering her every time I spoke to her. SO I spoke with Ashley and told her about the situation in which she advised she would take over my wedding. Now here we are less than 80 days away and the packet of preferences has to be turned in and I am still waiting on Ashley to answer questions I asked a month ago. I called this morning and she's in meeting and was told they could leave a message and have her call me as soon as she could. Well I have done this several times before and received no return call. I will be giving Norwegian all of the emails as well as show proof of the phone calls with no return calls. At this rate it would be less stressful to just plan the thing without this 3rd party. Norwegian please find a better company to do this! Update: yet again another disappointment. I had to have the wedding package sent over by the 27th. But I don’t hear anything until 2 days later. I finally received confirmation on aisle runner length 2 months later. But yet my wedding coordinator suggested a certain venue for my wedding so we went with it only for her to tell I can’t have my wedding there. This was suppose to be a stress free wedding planning option and I’m too the point of tears that this is not going to be close to the day I imagined. Don’t book a Norwegian Cruise wedding if you want anything other than disappointment.

Julianne Boyd went out of her way to help with with my entire planning process. She is fantastic. Sarah McGrory was our wedding planner on board the Emerald Princess. Nothing was too difficult for her, no matter what i asked for. Both these ladies made us feel like rock stars. It was the most amazing experience of our lives and we are truly grateful for their help. Anyone looking to have a wedding at sea, DO IT. we loved having nothing but Ocean around us and the day ran so smoothly. Captain Martin Stenzel made the ceremony wonderful. He was such a pleasure and honour to be around. Thank you Royal Ocean Weddings.
