Only called me back the second time I called to tell me she hadn't called me back the first time because my order wasn't large enough. So I guess being a professional and making the call back the first time is unheard of? The funny thing is, most companies probably have the same rules and now I'll spend my $200 plus elsewhere! ????????????????

We hired Kristen Day to do our backdrop decoration and the chair covers/sashes for our wedding this summer and she did an amazing job!the venue looked so fancy and glamorous for sure:) everything was really easy and organized and that's every bride's dream to relax and let the professionals do the job.I just send them the picture that I had in mind and they just made it happen!Dear Kristen, I just wanted to reach out and thank you for the amazing job you have done at our wedding! the venue looked amazing:)

Late review but, I wanted to make sure to share how wonderful Kristen is!! Our day was beyond perfect with every little detail thought out and the decor was exactly how we wanted it. She provides very professional and experienced service, I highly recommend!
