Wow! Five stars in every way! Kristin was a huge help to me in making my whole wedding day run smoothly! She begins her efforts far enough in advance so the bride can rest assured she will be taken care of! I could not have made a better timeline doing it myself and it was so nice to have her in charge the day of the wedding so I could really enjoy myself! I was able to be fully present on my big day because I knew 100% everything was taken care of by Soiree! All of the details I planned myself came together beautifully since I had Kristin and her expertise! I love how detail-oriented she is! That was a huge help for me! Our ceremony was November 3rd, 2018 at St. Mary's in Park City, UT and our reception was at Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship, UT. Having two venues seemed stressful at first but with Kristin's help I was able to have the best logistical team possible. From the beginning to the end of the day I was so happy and never had to deal with any problems or issues! She handles anything you throw at her and she handles it all very well! She made sure my husband and I and both of our families were enjoying ourselves every second! My wedding was perfect in every way and I couldn't have done it without Kristin, Hailey, and Soiree Productions! :)

I came across Melissa Hagen of Soiree Productions through one of my other vendors. Originally I had no intention of booking a wedding planner, but this was THE best money I ever spent. I honestly have no idea what we would have done without her expertise and guidance. She is the reason my wedding was so perfect. My husband and I live in the DC area, but our wedding was in UT at La Caille. I knew planning my wedding from afar wasn’t going to be easy, and I was worried about doing everything over the phone. From the first call with her, though, I was immediately put to ease about the entire process. I knew she would take care of everything and that most importantly, I wouldn’t be stressed on my big day. She asked me to make a board of my wedding inspiration on Pinterest and from there she knew exactly what I wanted. I took every suggestion she had for vendors, and I was not disappointed. Each vendor I worked with was professional and incredible. From my hair and makeup artist, to my wedding cake, to the string quartet, to my florist. She made sure we got great value to help with the budget, but did not sacrifice quality. In addition to the actual planning with the vendors, she helped with other smaller projects such as arranging calligraphy for the tent cards, finding gorgeous unique table toppers, and putting together our guest book. She even thought of a new twist on the boring wedding video of growing up pictures that no one watches. I felt like my wedding had lots of unique details that set it apart from so many overdone wedding themes, and this was 100% because of her. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she took charge of all the vendors and coordinated with them to make sure everything was ready to go. On the day of the wedding, she was there by my side to make sure everything was flawless. She cue’d the wedding party as they walked down the aisle, and effortlessly transitioned all the guests from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, and to dinner, dancing, and cake cutting. When some of my guests started leaving, she made sure we did the sparkler send off before they left so we didn’t miss out on that moment and photo op. When all was said and done, she also helped to make arrangements to preserve my dress. All our guests complimented our wedding saying it was one of the best they had ever attended. This is completely attributed to Melissa. The entire day was so organized and I never had to worry about one thing. Melissa is an incredible wedding planner. I feel so lucky to have worked with her.

Soiree Productions (esp: Melissa Hagen) made my destination wedding in Park City, Utah the most incredible, stress-free experience. Melissa did a great job of communicating with me all the way in Australia! We would email, tweet, facebook, blog and talk on the phone to plan our big day. She is honest, creative and really professional to work with. Soiree Productions has a great list of preferred vendors that you can choose from. It is obvious that everyone shares a passion for designs and even planning and will make your event absolutely perfect. I could not recommend them more!!!!

Kristin was instrumental in assisting with our wedding day. Kristen would think of everything before I did to ensure our entire event did not miss a beat. From coordinating with our vendors; ensuring they were on time and know the grand master plan. She ensured the timeline I envisioned ran smoothly – BEST money spend with Soiree by far! There is no price tag on a stress free wedding day in my opinion. (Although I thought their packages were very reasonably priced) I could not imagine worrying about setting up a table or decorations when you are supposed to be relaxing and taking it all in! THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH!!!

Kristin is definitely one of the best in the business and working with her was one of the best decisions we could have ever made for our wedding planning needs! We were planning our wedding for November 10, 2018 in Park City at Park Meadows Country Club from across the country.
