Martha and her team are the hardest working planners we know- they were so great to communicate with, and from the start of the day to the end, we never had to worry about a thing because she was one step ahead. Not only are they professional and organized, but Martha's team was a blast to work with. Highly recommend her services.

I worked with her on a recent wedding. She was very quick to return messages ( even in the middle of the night, lol ) , very thorough, detail oriented, and just all around great to work with. What really impressed me was watching her in action at the wedding while I was setting up the cake table. A major storm came through and we had to take cover. She stayed calm and collective, before, during and after the storm, making sure everyone was safe, everything was where it needed to be, getting everything cleaned up after the storm so the wedding could go on without a hitch ( just a small delay be cause of the storm ). She handled it all like a true professional. I highly recommend Martha!!

Kept me updated on when and where I needed to be, made sure bride was getting what she wanted and even helped unload the flowers! We recently had an extraordinarily great experience with some vendors, and I want to point out one in particular. I need to give huge kudos to a vendor my daughter hired as a “Day Of” coordinator for her wedding. Martha Yates did an incredible job for us. In order to be good at this job, you need to be part Army General / Best Friend / Ringmaster / Counselor, and Martha finds a way to blend all of these things into a skill and personality set which makes it all seem effortless. The coordinator has to be tough at times to get folks moving but can’t cross the line and be mean. Martha did this flawlessly, with humor, compassion, and fleece covered toughness ???? I really don’t know how we would have gotten through everything without her. This wedding was incredible. We had dozens of folks, many of whom were older who said that this was the best executed and most fun wedding that they had ever been to. This was in large part due to the plans of my daughter, but the complexity of the event was facilitated completely by Martha. I recommend Martha as an event organizer / coordinator without reservation. She is amazing. Thank you Martha! I will remember this event very fondly for the rest of my life.
