If you're thinking of this place, I highly suggest you go somewhere else. I have been lied to over and over again. I dealt with a lady called Kathleen and it was a NIGHTMARE. I was a single mom on mat leave who just went through a split up and I went in to separate our insurances. When I did that, I was told I would be paying a set amount every month. I was pleased. Then, when I went into my bank, I had a double payment that came out which was NEVER explained to me. I tried to email Kathleen twice and called several times with no pick up and no call backs. After a week straight of trying to get ahold of her, I received a call from my ex saying that kathleen had contacted him about MY account after she told me he wouldnt have access since they made me a new account. Kathleen told him that they charged me first and last but failed to tell me that when I went to do everything. A few months later, I get contacted by Brad to go look into options for life insurance. When we arrived, i explained how upset I was about what happened and the answer I got was " that doesnt sound like Kathleen, I will have to see her side of the story" which was EXTREMELY insulting because it made me feel as though he thought I was lying. In the end, i never got an apology. Fast forward 2 years, I'm now trying to leave this company for the way I was treated. I call the number that's on google and I asked when I would get my last payment back (I'm assuming it was the secretary I spoke to). She said that everyone was on calls and she would get someone to give me a call back the next day ( I explained that Kathleen is NOT to deal with my account and she said it was no issue). Next day, no phone call (figures). I called in and sure enough, it was Kathleen dealing with the issue AGAIN. Kathleen told me she would have to call me back in a few days because she needed to look into everything since they don't charge first and last. Instead of a phone call, I get an email with the information. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated because I just want answers to where those two payments went and reading it over email isn't the clearest. After I responded, I received a call from brad explaining everything ( FINALLY, only took two years). Before I left the call, I explained how hurt I was and that the only reason I am leaving is because of the way I was treated. I got a half fast apology that I was begging him for which was deffinetaly not genuine. I have had nothing but amazing service from Allstate since switching which I never once got from cooperators.
