However, I purchased a glass and chrome coffee table and side table and the Cora velvet accent chair. All items were exactly as shown on web page. They all arrived well packaged and nothing was damaged. The tables are awesome great quality and sold, the chrome glass and mirror, are thick pieces definitely not thin and cheap looking. The cora chair is gorgeous again great quality solid looking chrome and the velvet is lush and luxurious. This is my go-to place next time I'm looking for great looking furniture. Hello, It gives me great pleasure writing this review. When I placed the order, I was told it will be delivered in a few weeks. With COVID, I knew that was not going to happen. Few weeks passed and I contacted DLK, she advised they are expecting the product to be delivered and apologized for the delay. I had ordered a different luxury chair but DLK personally called me and offered a more luxurious chair for the same price as I had originally ordered. She did that because she understands the importance of customer service, she is a great leader. She leads by example and DLK’s products are classy and luxurious. It was supposed to arrive by April 30, 2021, but due to COVID-19, the furniture didn't come on time. I called Deborah to ask what was going on. She told me I shouldn't worry, assuring me that my furniture would come. At first, it seemed like this wasn't getting anywhere, but she always replied whenever I texted concerning my furniture and always answered my calls. She always called me to tell me that it's on the way, that it's just been slightly delayed. When it arrived in Canada, she called me right away. When it arrived in Toronto, she had it transported to Edmonton, Alberta. The transport company that she used to bring the furniture here were very kind, they brought it into the house perfectly. It looked exactly the way it looked in the pictures once it was properly placed in my house. It looked absolutely gorgeous! I would greatly recommend you go to Deborah's Furniture Store if you are looking to buy new furniture, and I would patronize her any day.

I ordered a chair with a specific brand from their “luxury collection” and waited months for my order. Once product was received it was a different and much cheaper brand from China. I called to discuss and was told the brand I ordered is no longer available and I received a replacement brand. This brand is cheap and 100’s of dollars less in USA. A true bait and switch!!

I ordered some beautiful mirrors a few months ago. I was immediately contacted by Deborah and was told they were back ordered due to covid shipping delays. Deborah was very responsive and apologetic and told me she would contact me when they arrived. She was true to her word. The mirrors arrived and are stunning.
