Honestly the worst experience I have had there. Fountain pop had zero carbonation and tasted extremely stale. Ordered the spicy chicken crunch and got a squished dry burger with very little sauce. Hopefully this changes because I love the food there

Used to go here everytime I came into when i lived out here, since moving I always try to go. Today Muhammed, manager, made me feel like I never left, even gave me some donuts compimentary as a welcome back gift. Great burgers, fantastic staff, and personalable service no better place in town to grab a burger fast!!!!

Sadly our fish was overcooked to the point of practically being fish jerky was not satisfied at all we didnt even bother finishing our meals thankfully its placed inside a convenience store so we were able to grab snacks to quench our hunger.... they have garlic parmesan fries that would have been great if they wud have just changed their fryer oil

I was looking forward to my Triple O stop as we don't have these in Calgary. I had the Monty Mushroom with sweet potato fries. The burger was decent size & was good just not as good as I remember my visit couple years back.

Triple Os has always been good. Sometimes they forget dips but are always happy to give you one if you just ask. Odd time they have messed up big orders with lots of modifications but are happy to make it again correctly. Great service and happy staff. A bit exspensive but all the food is real, fresh and everything is cooked to order. Almost nothing is hot held which makes the price worth it.

Absolutely disgusting, my burger was so soggy that the bun fell to mush as I unwrapped it, the tomatoes were so mushy that it looked like a paste with seeds and the lettuce was super slimey and limp, not to mention my fries were smushed flat at the bottom of the bag, needless to say that i recommended picking up better food, maybe out of the dumpster behind walmart!

Ordered food for take-out tonight and it was disappointing to say the least. My chicken strips were burnt, my kids cheeseburger had no cheese, it had so much mayo and relish on it was dripping off the bun. Also, no cookie in the bag. We eat here quite often but after tonight maybe not anymore.

Triple O’s used to be my favourite fast food place in town but over the past few months, this Triple O’s location has poor service and poor quality food. Their drive-thru is now incredibly slow, and it takes them around 5 minutes to open the window once you pull up. They do not even greet you; a debit machine is just handed to you. The past couple of times I have gone, they forgot to hand out drinks and they never put napkins or utensils in the bag, even after you ask for them. The burger patties taste like store-bought freezer patties and they are dry and burnt. The fries (both regular and sweet potato) are usually overcooked in old oil. Would recommend one of the many other a fast food places along the strip.

I love going to Triple O's here in Cranbrook! The food is excellent - especially the breakfast sandwiches, they're a must have. As well, the manager is super friendly and honestly a really good guy! Thanks for the great service and the great food! Six out of Five stars.

They have THE BEST chicken burger. Feta, tzatziki, onion, tomato and lettuce with a grilled chicken breast. I drive between Calgary and Grand Forks BC a lot, and always stop at the Cranbrook location!

Cost 30 bucks to feed my family of 4, well worth it! The burgers are big and actually taste like real meat. They also put lots of cheese and toppings on the burgers. The fries are thick cut quite tasty too. One star off because it was super warm inside.

Absolutely love the impossible burger. Some servers just need to go easier on all the toppings & dressings. It's can get really messy really fast. Friendly service and I don't mind waiting 5 minutes or more for my burger to be fresh & hot. Would highly recommend this place.

Having eaten there a few times, I can recommend this place as it is a favorite at one of the best gas stations in Cranbrook. There is even a drive through for your convenience. The food is good, reminding of a style and ambiance of an old fashioned diner. The portions are satisfying. The highlight of this place is most certainly the burgers, which are well dressed and fairly massive. The thick cut fries resemble ones that I would make at home the old fashion way. The milk shakes are flavorful and creamy. The cups are not made of paper so if you want to enjoy your beverage later in the car, you will be happy yo know your cup will not disintegrate like the paper ones do. The service is friendly and the staff are efficient. some food choices may take a little longer to make so you are asked to sit at a table (of your choice) and it will be brought to you. I will return to this little restaurant as I was not disappointed and most likely will not as it is a diner of fine quality.

Place is a joke!! I ordered a milkshake from here awhile ago and instead of making my milkshake she continued taking orders and I had to wait 15 minutes and the other time my girlfriend went there to get a milkshake same thing they just took everyone's order instead of making it and sending her on her way and we both said something both times and they just told us that there's only one of her. Bad service! super slow! even when it's dead! Bunch of lazy staff that don't know how to work in a fast food joint

I went last week and was extremely disappointed with my meal. I had called and the manager said he'd make a note to give me a free meal the next time I came in. My cashier today was Muhammad and I'll say I'm completely satisfied with the replacement meal with which I was presented. He really went all out to make my return experience one of a kind. Super polite and he made me a chocate coconut cream pie milkshake, which he recommended, to go with it. Probably the best milkshake I've ever had, and I just have to say excellent job. Make sure this guy is working when you go in. Totally, hands down murdered it. Thank you.
