I went to Superstore to change my phone plan from Bell, to Shaw. I switched my Bell Cell phone accounts from Bell over to Shaw. I had no complaints about Bell, just the fact that I am now saving $150/month on my combined Cell phone, Internet and Television accounts across 2 provinces is a Big plus for me. The costs associated with moving for AB to B.C. are far greater than most people would imagine. The people at the Cell phone store inside Superstore were very pleasant and quite helpful in helping me to navigate the loose ends of combining accounts and transitioning me into having all my data accounts consolidated under 1 provider, which is Shaw. I am traveling fro province to province by car, air and truck and motor home; The # 1 dilemma and what turned out to be the a problem of the highest priority is "Staying connected to data" while zigzagging across provinces, motels, hotels, RV Parks and airports. I have to say that I am already so happy with the seamless streaming of data on my travels via the Shaw go platform. The connectivity for Shaw is the same as it was on Bell, only better because of the shaw go. I am very pleased with my new provider, and the savings are a big giant + for me at a time when costs are mounting.

2020-12-09 update OUCH! When eveeything is painted battleship gray it's hard to see the staircase... a bit of yellow paint would help. 2020-11-30 update Store not enforcing new mask requirements covering nose and mouth and permitting customers to wear clear face shields. Staff very helpful in showing you where the item is your looking for.... one issue for people who have disabilities, it's difficult to get a cart and return it due to having to put looney in the carts... as a comparison Courtenay Superstore has disabled the deposit system during Covid 19.

I used PCExpress for the first time. I don't recommend it. They literally threw my groceries in my trailer, half the groceries were not even bagged, everything was thrown loose in the trailer, disorganized with heavy items on top of softer ones like bananas and chips. They selected the worst possible mushrooms on my behalf, and although they're supposed to check with the customer before substituting, they never bothered calling or texting me to check with me when they substituted my ordered Ketchup chips with BBQ instead and regular chips with dill pickle chips (both flavors none in my family likes). And they substituted my 16kg dog food bag for 2 7.2kg and charged me the full price of both bags which is $6 more expensive than the bigger bag and has only 14.4kg instead of 16kg. I am also missing one lasagna completely although they charged me for 2. And the kid who came to load my groceries was absolutely rude and utterly disrespectful. Finally, they gave me a 3-month free PCinsiders coupon that expired over a month ago. Then I waited over half an hour to get someone on the phone who didnt care about "my troubles" and got an $18 voucher in an email, for the missing item and price difference with dog food. Very disappointed, doesn't begin to describe it.

I do like this place but the prices are going up and now it's getting to a point where I to travel to Lethbridge to the wholesale company to buy my groceries a box of chicken was $11 now it's at 18 or $19 I roughly spend about 900 + $a week I know all the staff and are extremely nice. I would like to make a list of other prices and changes but it makes me upset. I do understand about inflation I do know the markets for the different foods. Its just sheer greed and taking advantage of your customers. It's bad if I could drive to Alberta and back and save money just saying. I do like the point system but because of the price is always going up I really don't save any money my bean counters keep track of the profit and loss of this company point system when I'm buying food towards what I'm saving I really don't save anyting it looks good but that's it. I'd be better I better be getting fresh fruit and vegetables and for the prices that I'm paying you better roll out the red carpet, on the up swing safway is still the most expensive so I guess I give you more star Happy shopping everyone

It's a nice store, usually kept pretty clean and staff are pretty helpful. Click and collect is amazing when you have four kids not to mention a global pandemic. It does have it's downsides like produce not being super fresh, or getting the wrong items periodically ...sometimes not at all. However sometimes you get something extra and that's usually a pleasant little surprise. Got some Philadelphia cream cheese a while back, and that's currently spending some time on my hips. So ya win some, you lose some. I didn't have any pictures of superstore to add, so I attached a picture of my dinner made from stuff at superstore... Gotta keep Google happy am I right?

Went to the superstore a week ago as we were giving free coffee and sandwiches to our truck drivers. Went I to buy the little creamers as the superstore is the only place to buy them. The two crates they had were expired by at least a week. So had to buy cartons of coffee cream, which is more expensive. Wrote to superstore and they said they had been in touch with the store to remove them. Went back the next day to see if they had fresh ones but there was still a crate of expired creamers. Wrote again. Said if I had a problem again to speak to store manager. Well, went in yesterday, checked the dates in them and they were dated April 21. Is no one checking these dairy items. Not sure if other people check expiry dates but I sure do. Also checking out the potato chip aisle and their brand of thick cut ripple chips was dated February 2020. This is the third time this has happened.

We always shop here because they have the best prices but the staff are straight up miserable. We always try to avoid Krista because she is so rude but today she was the only till open and we had $400 worth of groceries to put through. I asked her a question about the deli hours and she was very short, sighed heavily, rolled her eyes, no eye contact. Finally I pointed out that she must hate her job, she said nothing handed me the receipt and we packed our items while the next one's came through, really brought down our mood.

I really like this store. Some prices are the best you will find in the area. Like rice milk. The little sushi bar in the back is great! Large selection of meats, well large selection of everything here. Lots of cashier's over the busy times as well. Never have too long of a wait to get out. I always do the click and collect and I love it. The staff are always super friendly and are great about contacting me for substitutions to my items. Once there was a mix up and they were apologetic and quickly fixed the mishap and I walked away more than happy. I highly recommend the program to every one! Saves me time for a couple bucks and in this cold weather waiting in a nice warm car is the best place to be!

I have found that the Superstore is by far the busiest Food store in Cranbrook. Even starting out in the morning with full shelves, by mid day it is depleted. Not just from walk in shoppers but Express customers and Bulk orders for restaurants just wipes them out. The way the staff their handle the rush is admirable, But you still get the self important individuals coming in late afternoon or evening complaining their particular food option is out. Then start barking at the staff. Come in earlier or go pay a lot more somewhere else. In this difficult time, Good job Superstore.

I shop in this location every week (sometimes on multiple days) but Monday was almost enough to make me switch stores. It was due to at LEAST 6 people not wearing masks. When I mentioned it to store staff, they immediately made an announcement but still allowed those people to go through the check out. We are so close to the finish line. I was in tonight about an 90 minutes before close the Thursday before August long weekend. I realize being that late I should expect shortages, but I went in for one thing specifically and they were sold out. I know it's not their fault because they cant control what people buy, but it is still frustrating when I'm in town for the day and have to drive over an hour to get home and they dont have what I needed and cant get it at any stores at home either. Otherwise it was clean and the staff are friendly but they only had 2 tills open and long lines at each. I was going to pay with cash but was uninterested in waiting that long when the self checkout was available

Prices are higher than competitors. They don't disinfect transaction machines or anything after customer leaves. Always rushing customers thru the till. Young staff aren't problem or question solvers or don't even suggest to get someone to help with solving.

Good place to shop as a parent. Good deals and good clothes. Security really needs to lay off a bit. Ive stopped shopping here since they got security, as the first time I went in with the guard at the door she swore at me in front of my 4 year old son when I did not use sanitizer on his hands. Not understanding he has a skin condition so he has his own bottle thats safe for him to use.

Very upset about the signage. All the signs were still up under all the products for black Friday events. When going to the till to pay they informed me the signs were old, and they would not Honor tbe price!!

If the fresh produce isn't completely out of stock it's usually rotting on the shelves. If you're looking for a deal on meat go here, but don't expect quality. If you're looking for ingredients for an exotic dish however, they have you covered. Most of the the other stores in town are so white washed it becomes a task finding something more than just one brand of hoisin or a bottle of mirin. The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because of their diversity in selection.
