We ordered flowers from Laviolette Flowers for our wedding. The flowers were nice, but we did not enjoy dealing with them and felt they were not upfront about pricing. Unfortunately, they seemed like the kind of business couples who are getting married are often warned about. Make sure that you ask for an itemized invoice and know exactly what you are paying for before paying a deposit.

I hired laviolette florist for my wedding and even though they are very nice people, they unfortunately didn't deliver. I was very disappointed. We met three times to discuss my budget and which flowers to use: mixed vines. On the day, she didn't provide anything that we sign our contract for. When complained, she argued and then just put on the tables what we had compromised.

They are amazing! Their florists are legit talented. Despite that they are far away from Ottawa (not that far), they should have been more well-known. Their wedding service are professional. You can actually give Raymond anything on paper and he will bring it to life. We are lucky to have the support from them for our charity event Mamma Mia’s Evening of Wishes and could not be thankful enough for all the advices.

Really wonderful staff. Lovely corsage for prom. Prices are excellent. A long standing valued business member of the community. Very reliable and offers excellent ideas and information. They are interested in you having the most suitable products in your arrangement, for your particular occasion, even if it turns out to be less expensive then what you initially wanted. I cannot express how awesome that is. They were right - the flowers lasted for much longer and were absolutely stunning. Very down to earth people, with a lot of creativity. Where to start! We are so incredibly happy with how the décor and flowers turned out for our wedding on June 1st, 2019. Ray came to install the backdrop with lighting the day before the wedding, which was absolutely breathtaking! He made sure on multiple occasions that I was happy with everything, and his attention to detail was incredible! On the day of the wedding, Lynne went above and beyond on so many levels. The flowers were amongst the most gorgeous I have ever seen, and multiple guests commented on how incredible they were! From the isle décor, to the centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres, my expectations were beyond exceeded. Lynne even stayed for the ceremony, fixed my dress and veil before I walked down the aisle. What florist or decorator does this?! Simply incredible! She then took some of the flowers from outside and brought them inside the venue so that we could enjoy them in the evening. Talk about going above and beyond! We are so happy to have chosen Laviolette Flowers for our big day! I cannot thank you enough Lynne and Ray!

Lynn and Ray provided the decorations and flowers for our wedding at St. Elias. What a great team to work with! Professional service and flexible given all the last minute changes due to covid! Our wedding wouldn't have been possible without them! I'd simply send Lynn a photo of what I liked and she would provide it, we feel truly lucky to have worked with them! All our guests loved the decor and flowers, and commended us on an elegant wedding (this is the word we used to describe our vision to Lynn). You'd never regret using this team for your event!

My bridesmaid found Laviolette and they were able to make me a bridal bouquet last minute, the day before the wedding, and it was absolutely gorgeous!!
