May I ask a question? Why do I have to wait a week to talk to some one? You know, mortgage, consolidation or even investments? Well me again. Waited the week, they cancelled. Have to wait another week. Tellers and ATM work great if it is only a withdrawal or a nice chat. What a waste of time this place is.

Was not impressed that Kenora bank was closed till Jan.4 I had family down from Toronto. They needed to use the bank(tellers). They should have been open at least dec. 27-30.. Not happy!

Dont go to this bank, you need ID to open a savings account, kinda of dumb when you are there and YOU HAVE all the card info and name, switching my bank soon.

I just wanted to post a review due to the amazing help and customer service I have received from this branch over the last 3 months. Due to extenuating circumstances I had to switch banks and all my payees and my direct deposits and automatic bill payments all at once over the course of a day. I literally showed up at TD on the verge of a breakdown and the people working that afternoon went out of their way to not only help me open my new accounts but to get everything switched over and set up so I wouldn't damage my credit or bounce payments. The transition was smooth and there was no interruption in my payments at all.

Terrible customer service. I was scammed and TD opened an investigation to recover my funds. I spoke with the manager in Port Hawkesbury to book an appointment to discuss the hold up, as it's been 68 business days and I was told it would only take 30. The manager (female) refused to help and when she asked for more info, and I explained the letter was from TD, she said "Don't give me that, don't tell me it's from TD, I know it's not so don't even start with me" literally calling me out as a liar. The most beligerant and unethical conversation I've had, especially with someone as high seniority as a manager.

I have had multiple mortgages, lines of credit, investments etc...and a 30 year relationship with TD Bank. I had a fraudulent cheque written on my account for $400.00. I did not receive three bank statements for that year including the month from which the cheque was written. The day I received duplicate statements, I informed TD Bank of the bogus cheque. They used a "too late" loophole to deny reimbursing me the $400.00. The morale of the story is...your relationship with TD Bank may appear to be mutually beneficial but they clearly will throw a customer under the bus if it makes them a few bucks!! I will move my remaining business out of TD shortly and spread the word as I am doing here.

Utterly useless. I applied for a mortgage through these guys and initially things looked great - our morgage agent was quick and helpful, so we chose TD over a competitor despite a lower interest rate with the competitor. 2 business days before the closing date my lawyer and I discovered that the funding amounts were all wrong. TD had failed to change the mortgage from the pre-approval amount to the sale price. They failed to correct their mistake on time, and getting the correct numbers out of them took a MONTH, despite a steady stream of messages from myself and my lawyers office. They also told me they could get me a lower interest rate while they fixed their mistake, which they failed to do. They will never get my business again.

If only I was able to add negative stars... This branch is by far the absolute worst! I have banked with TD for years but today changed to ATB due to this branch and how poorly managed it is. I highly recommend changing banks before having to endure this branch for anything.

TD is the bank I chose, they are my next door neighbour on the same block as I am, making access to their service and banking is made easier than having to cross the street to the awful treatment I got from Royal Bank of Canada, the Royalty needs to leave our country alone. The queen will be giving us our country, she will be found guilty for the death of Princess Diana, a person whom I loved dearly, she was the kindest person alive. I sat in front of the tv and watched as the accident happened, Dodi needed her attention he was suffering a heart attack, they possibly made it out alive, I have dreams of her being alive and kicking with a baby in her arms. ALL possibility are there, she was going to marry Dodi a rich millionaire who had a watchful eye on the activities that could harm our Princess Diana, she probably came out alive, FRANCE Minister Macron will hand the details of her death to our Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, given the fact that we have passed in legislation the Freedom of Information ACT that passed with flying colours through legislation. I was given information by Sargeant that escorted me to the CMHA he handled with care and compassion, bless his soul and may God keep us safe.

It's a reasonable bank with good hours. They have both amazing and horrid employees. The good ones are kind and patient, and there's a few that will treat you like a worthless kid if you are/look young. The ageism is surprisingly blunt. I've been going to this bank for 15 years. I'm still a customer here but I trust another bank with my savings.

went in there looking like a bumb and they didn't even want to serve me until I pulled out a camera, gave me a hard time setting up a saving account to make my way out of over draft, and they gave me a hard time over my ID when I know they have a picture, birth certificate. Everything. I made the cheque account with what they had on there when I had no ID at all.

Worst customer service. My brother-in-law has had a loans officer working on loan for weeks and no answer. It should not take that long. Numerous messages are left for the loans officer and branch manager and no one calls back. My husband deals with this bank and we are going to be pulling his accounts.

Likely the worst customer service I've encountered. Really too bad. I used to think they were the best bank.. don't count on accurate information or them caring if they book you an appointment that you need to rearrange your whole work day just to find out they didn't give you correct info and the appointment needs to be rebooked. Disappointed and will be stopping all dealings with then as soon as I remove all investment accounts
