The idiot driving the truck today in country rd area delivered our package to the wrong address and when i contacted the company they said there was nothing they can do...Worst company on the Island 0 Stars

Same as the other 1 star review, sunny skies and clear roads but my packages were delayed due to weather for the past few days. Today i watched the delivery truck pass my location twice with no delivery made to my address.

Wish I could give zero stars for Purolator service I received in Corner Brook, NL. I spent the whole day at home waiting for a very important package; the driver did not come to my door, but just left a note in my mailbox for failed delivery. When I called the store, they told me "we don't have control over our drivers". No acknowledgement, remorse or apology for the inconvenience. If they do not want to deliver packages then they should not pretend to offer the service, it would save us all our time.

They don't anwser the phone at all, my package says it's been delivered, its not here, I was home and awake at the time it said it was delivered, nothing was there at all

Purolator is the worse shipping company in Newfoundland. ive had expensive packages left on the door step that ive payed $4.75 to have it signed for upon delivery. had packages that have been out for delivery on a Friday that have been mysteriously been delayed do to road closure when road closures are not a think here. absolute trash company with lazy drivers.

My order kept getting "weather delays" when it was overcast and the roads from my place to the warehouse were bare. These "delays" ended up being Purolator sending my package over to Canada Post as the driver refused to come to my location.
