We knew we were going to have a large wedding and needed a trusted, reputable planning company to help us bring all the details of our special day to life. And, we wanted someone who was fun and easy going to make the process truly enjoyable beginning to end. The Bridal Bliss team was exactly that! Our wedding coordinator, Elizabeth Corr, helped us through every aspect of the planning process - securing our wedding site and making sure the contract was executed with no hidden charges or obligations; securing all our vendors and negotiating contracts; helping navigate a difficult situation with a vendor who didn't meet our expectations; keeping us on budget (and under budget in many cases); keeping a running checklist as we moved through the process, giving us tasks to focus on each month so the process didn't seem overwhelming; and coordinating and managing every single detail for our wedding day. Having someone know every day-of detail was absolutely invaluable. Instead of meeting with vendors and with the planner in the days leading up to our wedding day, we were able to spend time with our family and friends knowing that Elizabeth and her team had everything taken care of. And day-of, the Bridal Bliss team executed flawlessly. There wasn't one detail out of place or forgotten about. A month and a half later, our friends and family are still talking about the our ceremony and reception, and the comments are always centered around how flawlessly the day went. Bringing Elizabeth and the Bridal Bliss team on to coordinate our wedding was easily the best decision we made. Where do I begin? Soon after I got engaged, I had a meeting with Bridal Bliss to begin planning my wedding. After talking with Nora, I was matched up with Katy who was also planning my sister's wedding. I was a tad hesitant because if anyone knows my sister and I, we have extremely different tastes. However, after meeting with Katy, all my hesitations were put to rest. It doesn't matter what style or needs you have... they literally can accommodate to anything. If anyone knows me, they know what a challenge it is for me to let anyone take control, let alone of my own wedding :). My sister pretty much put all the planning in Katy's hands, but Katy respected the fact that I wanted to play more of a role. She was on top of everything, while including me in every last detail. Not to mention, she's a spectacular negotiator and I'm pretty positive we got a discount everywhere we went :). I truly didn't understand the magnitude of the details that go into planning a wedding- everything from the table linen sizes to the contracts and day-of setup. Luckily, we didn't have to worry about any of this. Getting a wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made- it truly let us enjoy the process rather than stressing about every last detail. Katy was not only an insanely superb planner, but she has become an even better friend. Wish we could do it all over again!

Bridal Bliss is so amazing. One thing I knew for sure about my wedding day is that I did not want any family members to have to worry about any logistics on the day of. I wanted our family and friends to enjoy the day. Bridal Bliss made sure of that. Not only did they offer advice and give recommendations on different vendors to use, but they were there to support my husband and I every step of the way. I was lucky enough to work with Elizabeth through the partial wedding planner pkg that includes day of coordinator (BEST DECISION EVER). My husband & I had a decent idea of what we wanted our wedding day to look like, but Elizabeth made it jump off the pinterest page to fruition ;) Of the multiple packages to fit your budget they offer, the partial was the best for us. I didn't know how amazing it was until the last two weeks. Throughout the planning process Elizabeth helped me look over contracts, ask questions to vendors I wouldn't have thought of, and ensure I was checking things off my list, but the last two weeks is where she and her team truly shined and displayed their value ten fold. I was not stressed leading up to the wedding day, obviously there are always going to be a few things that need to be addressed, or fall through the cracks...but Elizabeth took care of all the final organization. We had an issue with the music, that at first I panicked about. Elizabeth messaged me, told me everything had already been taken care of, and all I needed to do was sit back and relax, that she had everything under control from that moment on. To say she had everything under control was an understatement...everything was a well oiled machine running efficiently in the background (EVERYTHING @ event was ON TIME!) Her professionalism, integrity & quiet confidence was apparent to all who came in her path over the course of the process. Who doesnt want that right?! These ladies know how to take every aspect of this amazing but also can be very stressful event and guide you down a path that completely eliminates any issues. Catherine (my personal wedding planner) met us right away super early in the planning and immediately made me feel like she was me personal friend. I trusted her implicitly. She made everything so smooth and easy. She guided us towards the best vendors for us and our budget and did her best to get us the biggest bang for our buck and did a GREAT job. I got to make the decisions but she did all the leg work and stress. Even while we were going through the family crisis of tragically losing my soon to be father-in-law to cancer suddenly she was there for us emotionally and took care of all wedding related events, moving/canceling/rescheduling everything. Elizabeth at Bridal Bliss was an absolute life saver and I’m so happy we decided to hire a coordinator. Wedding planning is overwhelming and exhausting, but Elizabeth’s expertise helped the entire process run smoothly. Often she went above and beyond her call to duty and helped break down difficult and confusing processes so the entire planning process was seamless. On the day of our wedding, her team was professional, tremendously helpful, and exceptionally organized. Katy is truly the best in the business. We engaged Katy ~18 months before our original wedding date, but due to COVID this became ~30 months, so we got to know Katy well. We live out of state and didn’t have context on the local wedding scene. Our venue also provided very little - we had to bring in generators, tents, furniture, etc. We are the type of clients that wanted to explore all options and vendors in the ecosystem. Our only regret is that we didn’t trust Katy’s guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible. Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy. We simply could not have done it without Katy and Bridal Bliss. They are worth every penny and more. We would be happy to be a reference for any prospective clients.

Unfortunately there were a lot of balls dropped on our wedding day from the ceremony to the reception. The planner should have asked more questions. There were a lot of incorrect assumptions made. Looking back, I realize I should have doubled checked everything which isn’t something I didn’t think I would have to do hiring a wedding planner. There was a lack in attention to all the details. We had a unity candle ceremony planned, and the planner forgot to have the candles in the pews for us. We had to pause during the ceremony as she ran to find them and then passed them out as we awkwardly waited. The doors in the front were also left open, so all the doors are strangely open in our wedding photos. There were a lot of things we purchased that our planner didn't ask about and in some cases didn't even use, like a hanging photo garland and our cake knife. My mom had to continue tracking down the planner for rose petals that we wanted to be thrown after we exited the chapel, but when we got out of the chapel no one was there. She eventually found them and said she felt like the planner kept ignoring her while she was looking for them. Some of the things we passed to the planner are still missing and were not returned to us. The layout of the room was so wonky that people kept getting confused on where to look and the flow of things. Childhood photos that were supposed to hang on the garland were put on our guest book table, which confused people and they started pasting them in the guest book, instead of taking photos at the photo booth and putting them in the guest book. My family had to pull them out of the guest book and almost moved the table themselves. When I asked the planner about it to see if she would fix it, she just shrugged. The biggest thing was that they got the table layout wrong and split up the families on different sides of the room. I asked about it to see if we could switch, and she said there was nothing to be done. I had specifically said all our families and us on one side, and friends on the other. I even labeled the table names with “bride’s family” and “groom’s family”. We had relatives fly from out of state and abroad, so it was a rare occasion to get them all together. It ended up causing a lot of hurt feelings that even a week after we are still trying to soothe. Looking back, I wish I had pushed to get the tables changed to the right seating arrangement. It's entirely upsetting to look back at our wedding day and all the things wrong were due to a lack in day of coordinating.

The theme for our September 7th wedding was “Mid-summers night dream”—without our team at Bridal Bliss, it could have been a “Mid-summer nightmare”. My husband and I could not have dreamed of a more magical day, and it would not have been possible without our ‘dream team’ at Bridal Bliss, our wedding planner, Katy Haley, and all of our amazing vendors. Due to an unforeseen circumstance at our original wedding venue of choice, which was selected a year in advance, we were forced to find a new venue just three days before our wedding. This was what nightmares are made of! We had 500 guests in attendance, 150 of which came from out of town. After shock of the situation subsided, Katy immediately snapped into action and found another venue within 24hrs. If it wasn’t for Katy, and the Bliss team, I don’t know how we would have managed. The switch was seamless, and Katy made sure every vendor was notified with a new plan of action in the new venue space. Katy was an outstanding wedding planner, and we felt lucky to have her! In the months leading up to our wedding she arranged and attended vendor meetings, worked with us to find the right match, and helped us to stay within our budget. She is very well connected to vendors in the industry, and was able to recommend a variety of people who adhered to our style and taste. In addition to coordinating meetings with vendors, she executed our ideas, and helped us stay on track. On the day of, Katy and the Bliss team ensured that everything ran smoothly, which allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy ourselves. Beyond being so impressed by Katy, Bridal Bliss is definitely at the top of their industry, with amazing vendor relations, expertise and overall professionalism. They turned our Wedding day, in what could have of been a disaster, into the best day of our lives, and with that, I cannot recommend them more highly!

Her attention to detail and thoroughness is unbelievable – like custom ice cubes, hanging floral chandeliers and a living garden aisle. All of these small touches were remarkable, and goes to show that it really is all in the details. Leading up to the wedding, Katy and I were talking, emailing, texting and meeting almost daily. As a result, I never once felt overwhelmed or anxious. Seriously amazing. She also handled all of the communication with vendors, which is a lot of people, especially if your venue is a blank slate like ours was! We just wanted to have fun planning her dream wedding and not deal with the stress. Then the pandemic hit. Elizabeth put on her super hero wedding planner cape and came to our rescue. She planned THREE weddings: the original one for 200 at the Cathedral followed by a reception at a large venue, a different parish wedding followed by a garden reception for 70 and finally a beautiful, intimate church wedding for 12 followed by an amazing dinner and reception in our home. The initial discussion regarding hiring a wedding planner happened when my husband and I decided to have two locations for our wedding. Although I had many of my vendors chosen, I knew we needed help the day of coordinating the two locations and shuttles we were using to transport guests. We met with Meghan at Bridal Bliss for an initial consultation and hired her on the spot. She was so amazing to work with. She was flexible and even came to our house for one of our meetings because my husband has two kids and it was difficult to find a time to meet. She was organized every step of the way and took so much pressure off of me which is what I was needing. She coordinated all the details needed with vendors and updated them as needed throughout the process. She even gave me recommendations for vendors along the way as things popped up that I needed. A week before our wedding the forecast was showing rain which was not good for out outdoor wedding. My husband and I were frantic trying to figure out what to do, where to get a tent, etc. Meghan was available on her cell phone during the weekend and helped us tremendously with this big turn of events. I can't say enough positive things about Megan and Bridal Bliss. I would highly recommend using them, they will accommodate whatever your needs are and relieve a lot of pressure off of you on your big day!

Now 30 years old and very busy with work, 2 dogs, and a new house, I realized quickly that I needed a wedding planner. Nora is an amazing wedding planner. She helped me set a realistic budget and focus on the details while keeping an eye on the big picture as well. I never doubted her vendor recommendations and she attended every vendor meeting. When I walked into the ballroom the first time I was awestruck by how stunning the room looked and how well everything went together. Plus, I had a great time and didn't have to worry about anything, which was amazing because it was an intricate set up with over 4000 origami cranes and a lot of handmade details. My biggest pet peeve about weddings is when they do not flow well, and our wedding flowed perfectly thanks to Nora. If anyone reading this review is hesitating about hiring a wedding planner because of the cost, Nora also helped negotiate great contract prices that more than paid for her services. In addition, Nora was very cognizant of my budget and helped me have a beautiful event that was within my means. Also, the fact that my family and friends just showed up and had a good time = priceless. Thank you Nora and Bridal Bliss.

Most importantly, Katy seamlessly handled a last minute vendor cancelation and a dress alteration schedule mishap.
