We asked AnnaBelle Events to do the impossible.... pull off a wedding during Covid restrictions. As she helped us navigate the changing city and state regulations we eventually decided to delay the wedding by six months. Even though the wedding was planned for one space and was completely changed to a new location, that was a different size, there was no extra fee charged to us. Anne excels at planning. She is the master of all things to do with planning. One of the things I really enjoyed about the wedding was that there was so much planning early on that there wasn't the need for a lot of last minute decisions right before the wedding. I knew so many people that were so crazed with last minute details they couldn't enjoy the wedding. We were able to show up to the wedding refreshed and relaxed so we could enjoy every minute of the once in a lifetime event. A second area that Anne excels is in being heavily connected with the best vendors. She has great relationships with them so that she knows how to get the best from the vendors without breaking the bank. She was able to guide us in the right direction based on past experiences so we weren't just blindly picking vendors. She would get multiple prices and then recommend the vendor she would choose. Sometimes the one she would recommend would be the cheapest and sometimes it would be the most expensive but there was always really good reasoning behind her suggestions. I'm sure we aren't alone in having very specific ideas of how we wanted this day to play out. Anne was amazing at making sure everyone was happy with the decisions. Once the decisions were made, she would fight to make sure every detail was carried out in the most perfect way. On the day of the wedding, I was a ball of nerves. I thought something would go wrong that would make me regret the money, the time, the effort. I couldn't even imagine that it would go off as perfectly as it did. "Fairytale" doesn't come close to describing how perfect it all was. Seeing all of the people I love in one place, celebrating my daughter and her new husband, bellies full and smiles on their faces. We danced into the night with constant food, cake, and drinks. Without a doubt that was one of the happiest days of my life. Everything about it was flawless. How many people can look back at their wedding and honestly say that they wouldn't change anything? Thanks to Anne, I can. I wouldn't consider planning another event without Anne as our fearless leader.

We hired Ann to plan our daughter’s wedding which was May 2018. We all live out of town and our daughter was finishing her residency and only able to be in Columbia a couple of times during the planning period. Ann was invaluable! She knew who to call to make everything come together beautifully. She arranged a super fun welcome party for all of our guests at a local brewery. She also helped with a champagne brunch the day of the wedding, the hair, makeup, church, photos, and seamless transportation from the church to Blue Bell Farm, where we had a fabulous reception. She listened to what things were important to us and made them happen. I would hire her again in a minute. She was worth the expense!

My husband and I both went to school and met in Columbia, but moved to Chicago shortly after graduation. We wanted to get married back in Columbia where it all began. Shortly after booking our venue I realized I was going to need some help, and that's when we found Anne. Being out of town, I wasn't always able to be the most involved in everything but Anne took the reins and really made sure that everything was as stress free as possible. She has so many connections in town and is well respected by everyone, which was so great when it came to finding the perfect vendors for our wedding. Whether it was sending me pictures of napkin colors, addressing our invitations, or setting up meetings for the few times I was in town to help plan, Anne always did a great job at keeping me well informed every step of the way. Obviously she was a tremendous help throughout the planning process, but her and her team also did an outstanding job on the day of the wedding. Not once, did I ever have to think about any of the setup or timing on that day. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our special exactly as we should, not worrying about anything going on behind the scenes.
