The service and staff were very accommodating to our needs. Unfortunately, we had a misunderstanding when discussing the event decorations specifics. We thought we had agreed on more decorations for the price charged, than what was stated in our contract. We were disappointed when we arrived at the venue, due to our prior expectations. However, the staff reached out when finding out about our disappointment. We voiced our concerns and they apologized for the misunderstanding. They offered to refund us a portion of our deposit to accommodate for the inconvenience. We really appreciated the company trying to better their service and keeping their customers happy. Overall a positive experience but be sure to review your contract thoroughly to ensure ur expectations are met. Update: refund has not been sent.

Never be on time, I had to wait 50 min for them to arrive. The decoration wasn't the same as we agreed. They asked for the full amount when I booked them before they set up the decoration not only a deposit !! Also they want their money right away, but they have no problem to delay your deposit for a month to send it back to you !!!

We knew that it won’t be easier for you to meet our expectations but I must say you exceeded everything. You made the venue look totally different and beautiful then what we saw initially. The wedding decor for my sister’s wedding was absolutely stunning and majestic. Vib is a visionary and an expert in creating an enchanting ambience with his use of colours and decor arrangement. He’s trustworthy, easy to work with and ensured all our needs were met while taking our budget into account. He’s strict with deadlines so everything was carried out perfectly in a timely manner. No issues at all. Very reasonable pricing and high quality stuff. I will definitely contact him for future events. Highly recommended!

I take this Oppurtunity to whole heartedly thanks the team of VMD Events and Vibhor in particular for making my daughter Victoria's 1st birthday a super memorable and lively event. The birthday theme decor created by Vibhor's team was superb and amazing. The Disney props that he used of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck were awesome and the kids in the party just loved every minute of it. Simply outstanding. THANKS
