Regine is a fairy godmother!! My beautiful luxurious wedding was made possible because Regine understood my vision and she coordinated every last detail to perfection. I could not have asked for a more attentive and ORGANIZED month of coordinator! She responded to my emails within a day and I could always text her when I needed to. Her can-do attitude and positive energy is contagious! After I planned my entire wedding, I met with Regine to discuss the order of events and she helped suggest better approaches and offered to handle all tasks from the most minuscule details to the large and heavy missions (like personally delivering all my liquor to the venue the night before so that my wedding party and I could relax). Regine provided me with resources I lacked; timelines, ceremony & reception questionnaire, photo lists, vendor recommendations, she even lent me her cake cutting set. Before the wedding, I was worried that I was being too picky and particular about the many scheduled items in my itinerary but Regine delivered THE BEST results! She never let me doubt my ideas or my amateur planning. My +230 guests were blown away at how perfectly timed each exciting moment was. My husband and I could see how much she cared and was dedicated to making all our wishes come true. My friends were so surprised how calm I was the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. It would not have been the best day of our lives had I not worked with Regine. Before she left at the agreed hour, she made sure my keepsakes were safely packed away where I wouldn’t forget. The best part about the entire process is I felt she was more of a friend than just a vendor. I hold this memory dearly, thank you Regine for making my dreams come true.

We hired Regine as the DOC for our reception and it was the best decision we made. Her organization, communication, dedication, and overall professionalism kept the rest of our vendors very happy (and us!). If there were any issues, we don't know about them. The best decision we made when planning our wedding was getting a coordinator! Regine and her team were a blessing during the weeks leading up to the big day and especially on the wedding day. She helped organize all of our vendors and kept everything on track (while we were going nuts with our own last minute changes and details!). Our ceremony and reception were held at 2 different venues, and our reception had a guest count of 320, so we definitely needed the help! On the wedding day, Regine took care of everything from the setup to the schedule, keeping us updated throughout the day. Instead of worrying and stressing about the details, my husband and I were able to be present, to soak up all the amazing moments with our friends and family, and I couldn't be happier! Not many brides can actually enjoy their wedding day, luckily I was able to cause I had Regine. I had time sleep, eat and enjoy every moment with my loved ones. She’s always responsive and patient. Even though our wedding was postponed for an entire year because of the pandemic. She checked in with us and made sure everything was set even when plans constantly changed with restrictions. On the day of, she made everything run so smooth and made our dream wedding even better than imagined while respecting our budget and saving us money. Overall, such a great experience working with her and really hope to see her at future wedding events.

Regine was SO helpful throughout the planning of our wedding. She was always quick to respond to emails, had thoughtful advice and suggestions. Her pricing is very fair. We were on the fence about hiring a DOC but after seeing her work at a friends wedding we knew we would regret not hiring her. Thank you for everything, Regine! Our advice to any couple getting married would be to hire a Day of Coordinator. More specifically, HIRE REGINE!! Regine is a timeline magician who was able to handle any and all timeline changes, even up to the day before the wedding!! Her ability to stay so relaxed and to keep us (especially the bride) so calm, cool and collected was a feat we didn't think was possible. The moment she started to take over 6 weeks before the wedding was life changing for us, as we were so overwhelmed with trying to plan a wedding on our own before then. We had a full day of wedding festivities that required travelling to 3 different locations. Regine made all these transitions so smooth, even when we were running schedule, she did not make it seem like a big deal and at the end of the night, everything happened without a hitch. Hopefully we don't ever have to plan a wedding again...but if we did, we would hire Regine again in a heartbeat!

I actually never planned to hire a wedding coordinator thinking that I could do everything myself. But obviously that didn’t plan out! Planning a wedding from another city proves harder than it seems! Regine was extraordinary in helping me plan a wedding from out of town. She got in touch with all the vendors and was the liaison for me for all of them. Then on the day of the wedding she was my day of coordinator as well and wow, her decor setup skills are top-notch and everyone couldn’t stop commenting how gorgeous the venue looked! My mom couldn’t even stop raving about the decor and how beautiful everything was. It calmed my nerves on the wedding day knowing everything was taken care of in regards to all my vendors and setup/takedown. Seriously could not have done it without Regine and her crazy organizational skills! Trust me it will be the best decision of your life hiring her!
