Their equipment is completely clean - highly worthy of praise. Nothing beats their on-time service and they certainly don't let their clients down.

Poor customer service. When taking the item, the vendor had advised to return Tuesday / Wednesday. Keeping in mind that Monday was a long weekend. On Tuesday, he texted me to return the items. I told him he said I could return it Tuesday or Wednesday, but if he wanted it today, it would have to be after work around 6pm. He said it needed to be returned by 5pm or that I deliver it to his house. I refused, as I felt unsafe returning it anywhere but his business. Then when we finally returned it on Wednesday, he would not return the paper with all my information on it (credit card number, driver licence number, address, etc), even though he mentioned that it could be destroyed myself when I returned the items. I have not experienced this kind of customer service before. Not impressed.

Hired RPD for my parents 25th anniversary. The service was exceptional. TJ was very helpful and made my vision come true. Everything was perfect and received many compliments on the decor. Would reccomend them for any event.

Jag (the owner) went above and beyond from the very beginning for our wedding and wedding events. He pays close attention to details and makes sure he has your vision and requirements fully understood and documented. He is just as committed to making your event a success as you are, which is a wonderful thing to have on your side when planning an event. In our case he even had us covered where our other vendors dropped the ball! What's more is that Royal Party's decor collection is actually the best we saw out of the 10 vendors we looked into, and he's constantly getting new and innovative pieces that other vendors don't have. Absolute pleasure to work with, very professional, clean, and well organized, all at very reasonable prices!

Out of all the vendors I hired, Royal was the best to work with. The consultation was relaxed and not rushed so me and my wife were comfortable with everything we discussed. We've been regular corporate customers for over two years now and must say that the quality of their work and service are top-notch. Their outdoor rental items are always clean and prices are very affordable. Each order we've given them has been smooth. The owner has also always been able to accommodate last minute requests many times - even late at night he made a delivery of last minute items we needed the next morning! Beware though: you must book in advance as they are usually fully booked during the summer months. Pros: - Reliable and professional service - Friendly nature - Affordable prices - Clean and maintained inventory - Updated stock - Safe installations Cons: - Last minute bookings may not always be possible - book ahead! - Email inquiries could be delayed during the busy wedding season; it's best to call directly. Tips: - Book appointments ahead of time, especially during the busy summer months. The owner/staff are usually in and out of the office due to jobs. - Call with the dates and items in mind for a faster quote - usually provided over the phone.

Amazing decor and amazing service! From the moment we walked in, we knew we made a good decision by going to them. Their display area is unlike anything we had ever seen and they did so much better with our events. The owner spent lots of time with us in going over the details of our events and it turned out to be absolutely stunning. This place is a one-stop-shop for all your decoration and event rental needs. 5/5 for the decor, 3/5 for the service, 4/5 price. Make sure you write EVERYTHING in the contract with him, or you will get forced into paying for something you originally asked for. Please note we managed to not have to pay extra for we originally asked for, but this required ALOT of headache and an argument. Wedding planning is already stressful, and unfortunately the decor situation was more stressful than needed.

Absolute life savers! When the original decor company we booked with failed to show up a couple weeks ago, we contacted Royal who rushed to do our house decor last minute. Reasonable prices for high quality work and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
