We hired Marina and team to be our wedding decor company and they did a magical job! Originally we were going to go with a larger more well known company but after meeting with Marina, we knew she was the perfect fit and someone we could trust. She was so detail oriented and knowledgeable. She was also very accommodating and patient. I had to make a lot of last minute changes and she made sure everything was taken care of. Her decor is also very high quality and her team ensures the venue looks immaculate for your event. Even the restaurant manager was shocked at the transformation! She really tries to understand your vision and she 100% delivered for my wedding. We are so glad we went with MV Decor. We highly recommend her services!

Marina exceeded our expectations with the wonderful decor she had put up for our wedding. She listened to exactly what my vision was for the wedding and she really captured the theme and mood for it. My theme was rustic elegance with the burgundy colors all through out and she came up with something that complimented each other instead of it being too much. Everything had looked amazing. She was very passionate and excited when we were talking about ideas which made the process very pleasant. She was also very considerate of our budget. Overall my husband and I were very satisfied.

I can no express how grateful I'm for MV Decor. Not only did they do such an amazing job with our dance floor, backdrop, head table and napkins but they were so fast at replying to our emails and requests! And we all know that in such a busy time, this is amazing!! We were in such a panic because we needed an extra 5 chairs but MV decor WAS RIGHT ON IT! AVOID, AVOID,AVOID !! Marina, has been a nightmare to work with during the pandemic. Not only did she withhold our money, she doesn’t reply to emails and says you can’t call her to discuss issues. She did not provide us with any services and decided she would keep $175 from us because we were “rude”. We had multiple email exchanges where she stated she would issue a full refund on March 1st but did not and only issued a partial refund on March 2nd. We contacted Marina a year before the wedding to come up with a solution and all she did was push the matter further and further back. While we understand the pandemic has been difficult for many of us, Marina, has only added more stress, anxiety and frustration while keeping money for services that were never provided. If you want your wedding planning to be enjoyable and something you look forward to, stay away from MV decor.

Marina made the dreams of my perfect wedding come to life! The flowers, centre pieces, ceremony background everything was OUTSTANDING! I contacted MV Décor to help with some last minute finishing touches for my wedding but they were so easy to work with that I ended up getting all of my décor and floral through them. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, we got so many compliments from our guests. I met with Vanya who was so attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted and she came up with a solution for things I didn't think I could have. I had other quotes from other vendors for floral and decided to go with MV because what they were offering ended up being much nicer product and more cost-effective. They stayed within my budget and it was easy to make adjustments whether there were things I took out or added as we went. I can’t say enough about Vanya, she is extremely organized and patient and has excellent communication. They took my vision and turned it to reality and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my big day, thank you Vanya and Marina!!

If you are looking for a full service decor company for your special event, look no further than MV Decor. I booked Marina and her team many many months in advance for my September wedding this year after doing countless hours of research, show room visits, price comparisons and inventory reviews. I am quite picky and worked with a budget. I didn't want to have to set up or take down on my own big day and wanted a team to get everything done once has been picked out so I can enjoy my day as much as possible. MV decor helped me realize that wish and more! Marina is extremely professional, generous and polite, and she really just "gets it". She is so dedicated to her work and she is so responsive to the point where I have messages from her at 10pm. She helped me put my ideas to life and gave me even better suggestions to ensure my day was perfect. She handcrafted a cherry blossom circle arch (see photos) out of scratch! Not only is she extremely talented and experienced, her team was super punctual and efficient. The quality of her items and especially the floral arrangements were top notch. I was a bit worried as we weren't able to see fresh flower samples at the time of our meeting but I trusted her selections and they were honestly some of the freshest and most beautifully arranged selections I've seen (see photos). She got everything perfectly, even picking up helium balloons that I ordered and some extra instructions for the day. MV decor made the whole process and my day so seamless and smooth, I had time to enjoy some chicken and fries backstage during down time! Book her team asap as once more people get to know this gem I'm sure she will be fully booked up. :) I would highly recommend Marina and her team for any special occasions. I will upload more photos once I have the professional photos from the photographers as these shots do not do her work justice!

We had booked Marina and her team months in advance of our April 10th, 2021 wedding prior to any sort of lockdown or restrictions. As the restrictions shrunk all the way down to a maximum of 10 guests, Marina was very accommodating and was very responsive to all our questions during these uncertain times. She kept our stress level to a minimum and was such a delight to work with. MV provided us with decorating services as well as flowers. I would recommend MV Decor to anyone who wants to work with a one stop shop team that is professional and trustworthy! Thanks again to Marina and her team for doing an awesome job!

This vendor does not conduct business with honesty and integrity. Buyer beware! Services were booked for a wedding taking place beginning of July 2021 in the US. The services were booked mid February 2020, but by mid March, everything was shut down. By July of 2020 it became clear that this was not going to be a short term event and we attempted to advise Marina as soon as possible that the wedding would have to be canceled. Unfortunately, Marina refused to allow a cancellation and kept on saying, let's see what happens closer to the date. She told my daughter to contact her again in November, which my daughter attempted to do, but unbeknownst to her, Marina went on a 2 week vacation during a time when everyone else was told not to travel. She then told her to contact her in December, and again, when she did so, Marina said to contact her again in March. It was clear by this time that the borders were closed for an indefinite amount of time and Marina would not be able to cross the border to perform the services she was hired to do, but she refused to refund the money, citing a non existent policy of keeping 25% of deposits. Even if there was such a policy, which is not on her website or in her contracts, the non performance of service is a default by the vendor, not the consumer. Marina kept telling us to be sympathetic during these times, but she does not have the same consideration for others. My daughter then filed a complaint with the BBB, at which time Marina stated several times that the funds would be returned March 1st if the border remained closed, but March 1st came and went without a word from this vendor. Emails were sent requesting the refund, and these went unanswered, causing more and more stress. Only after my daughter called her March 2nd, did she finally return the bulk of the funds, but then decided she would keep $175 because she didn't like the tone of the emails. When someone has kept over $3,000 of your money for over a year and takes no action to return it, but every action to keep it, it is hard to be pleasant, though the initial request was professional. If the vendor says otherwise, then you can add liar to the list of her many flaws. Don't let her pictures fool you, the stress and aggravation are not worth it!

Marina took care of every detail for my decor including drapery, providing rental inventory AND floral arrangements. I think there is always a bit of apprehension when you book a vendor, however I did not have a single worry with Marina. Marina and her team decorated a wedding I was at and I was absolutely floored at the transformation, having seen the venue previously. The venue prior to the transformation was bland, boring, and overall just lifeless. After Marina and her team came in to transform the venue for the wedding, it looked like an absolute fairytale - something that comes out of movies. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their passion to fulfill their client's wishes does not go unnoticed.
