Caroline was wonderful to work with as a month-of co-ordinator for our wedding in Squamish in August 2019. She went above and beyond in the week leading up to our wedding to help us secure new venues for both the ceremony and reception after the Sea to Sky Gondola closed unexpectedly. She was very accommodating to our ideas and brought things to our attention that we hadn't thought of! We are so happy that we chose Caroline, she really helped us pull off our big day and made it a day to remember! We would definitely recommend her :)

I recently worked with Caroline and her team. It was a last minute venue change due to Sea to Sky Gondola being closed. The venue was outside at a house with tents. It poured rain the entire day and made logistics very challenging. Caroline and her team persevered and helped to create a perfect wedding despite all the obstacles. Caroline is amazing! I was planning a wedding in BC but due to Covid we changed our plans to elope in Alberta and she did an amazing job with rerouting everything!!!! I would recommend her over and over again !!! I cannot ask for a better person to be on top of everything! She is extremely detailed and constantly reminded me about things I did not think about for a wedding. Truly amazing!!! 10/5!!!!!

Caroline is such a pro! I don’t know what we would have done without her on our wedding day. We hired her as our month of coordinator and are so happy that we did. She was personable, so organized and adaptable. She was so lovely and helpful every step of the way. We had a lot of last minute decisions and set up that happened and I just trusted her to make the right calls. It was really nice to truly let go and have the ability to be fully present to enjoy the day. Caroline just made everything come together seamlessly and we’re so thankful to have had her. If I could change one vendor from my wedding, it would be Caroline. Many months after the wedding I still feel such extreme regret hiring Caroline. She did not care about my wedding day, and ruined so many elements. She did not set up my wedding reception even though that was the primary purpose of her role! Imagine your guests going to a reception without flowers, music, or decor - that's what happened to me. She didn't fulfill the terms of her contract.

I don't even know where to start with how amazing it was to work with Caroline. We hired her as a partial planner because we knew the venue we chose, Sea to Sky Gondola was logistically challenging. She really stepped up though when we had to change our wedding venue with just 5 weeks to go. She helped us find a new venue and bring our dream wedding to life. On the day of she was even more of a super hero because it poured rain, she made sure all the tents were set up and everything was in order. She worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure our dream wedding was a reality and I honestly don't know what we would of done without her!

Booking with Caroline and her team was by far the easiest and BEST decision we made! We booked a small intimate ceremony and reception with family and friends at the Sea to Sky Gondola - 10 days away from wedding day I received a call that the cords of the gondola had been cut.... Caroline went above and beyond expectations to make sure we were still able to get married on our date. She took the time to settle my tears, my fears and with her comment "I've planned a wedding in 7 days before we can do this!" I knew our wedding would happen and with a great story. Caroline was the best investment in our day and I am beyond grateful for the wedding we had and it was because of her!
