We love Stephanie! As I am a wedding planner and my husband is quite busy with work, we chose to hire a day of coordinator to take over our wedding plans so that we could sit back and enjoy this moment together. Stephanie was absolutely instrumental in allowing my husband and I to relax and enjoy our wedding day as a guest on Sunday, June 30th 2019. From the moment we met Stephanie we loved how calm, funny, organized and reassuring she was - so much so that we left our initial consultation 100% positive she was the perfect person to help us. Once she took over our plans we knew we were in the best hands. She constantly checked in with us prior to the take over then met with us again to confirm our arrangements, liasoned with vendors, ensured everything was set up exactly how I imagined and was there all evening to over see the events and troubleshoot anything that came up. Stephanie has been so kind and responsive from the very beginning and we cannot thank her enough for her help in making our wedding day the best day ever! We also wanted to mention that her day of assistant, Shelly, was the sweetest and we loved having them both share in this moment with us. Thank you both again for all of your help! My husband and I were married August 11th of 2018, at UBC Botanical Gardens, and it was the best day of our lives... in LARGE part to Steph and her amazing team. From our first meeting, to the quick email communication, to the improvisation during an August rain storm - Steph was always on top of things and ready to jump into action when needed. Steph not only had some great money-saving tips for me, but she also had flawless communications about the timeline of our wedding day as well as an upbeat attitude which really helped calm down an anxious Type-A bride like myself. Steph is an absolute gem and truly cares about her clients. Throughout the entire 8-month planning process, I never once felt unimportant to her. She always took the time to respond to my questions, and always gave professional insight and advice. Steph made me feel extremely comfortable and I found it so easy to convey my wedding vision to her. She completely grasped the vibe we were going for, and delivered it 100% on our wedding day. I first met with Stephanie from Glass Slipper Event Planning during the initial stages of planning my wedding. I knew right away that I wanted to have her as my wedding coordinator. Her knowledge, experience and overall excitement put me at ease and I knew that if she was there, my wedding would be absolutely amazing and stress-free. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our large wedding due to covid but the whole way through, she has been so thoughtful and considerate. She went above and beyond by organizing and hosting a live virtual information session for her clients where she and a number of different vendors shared with us their advice and answered questions about weddings during this pandemic.
