I was beyond pleased to walk into the reception area and see that my pinterest dream had become reality. She was also very fast to respond to the many many questions I had for her. If you are like me and have never hosted a big party then I encourage you to contact Ever After Events! I just hosted my daughter’s wedding at Broadway Hall. We used Ever After Events for almost everything. Zeina is a wealth of information, ideas, contacts and knowledge. She helped guide us through the planning with such ease, I was actually amazed at the calm I felt the day of the wedding. She was always prompt returning emails and texts. Her recommendations for what to do (and what not to do) are priceless. For the decor we used a combination of our ideas and decorations, and her decor items that we rented. We were able to rent all the linens, glassware, silverware, tableware. We rented vases, candle holders, lanterns, lights, drapery, a loveseat for the bride and groom...all those items combined with our own personal touches created the most beautiful backdrop for our celebration. And her rental fees are very reasonable. We also hired her team for cleanup which I highly recommend. Ever After Events also catered the wedding. The groom loves pasta and the couple chose the pasta bar for their dinner. I had multiple people tell me how good the food was. I think most importantly was the ease of the actual event. Zeina kept everything on schedule and running smoothly. Her staff was professional, helpful and courteous. And at the end of the evening they did so much more than what was expected of them. We pulled off the wedding of my daughter’s dreams. I may be biased but this was the funnest wedding I have ever been to. THANK YOU ZEINA!

We worked with Zeina at Ever After Events for our wedding and we were so glad we did! Not only did our guests rave about the food (super quality!), Zeina and her team did a wonderful job from start to finish plus her prices were incredibly reasonable. Included in the package were a lot of awesome additional services and everything was so easy to customize. The tasting was a great experience and we even went home happily with leftovers! I sent more emails than I can recall while in the planning process and Zeina patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. In addition to having our wedding catering done by Ever After Events, we also rented our linens from them and they were beautiful. It was so nice to have a one-stop shop for so many of our vendor needs. You can tell that Zeina cares about her clients and really does everything she can to make their event special. She even had one of her staff recreate a Pinterest chalk menu board for us. We truly appreciate working with her and would recommend Ever After Events to everyone!

Hiring Zeina and her company was the best decision I made for my wedding. Not only does her company offer everything you need for a wedding (including a VERY reasonably priced clean up service), Zeina is a wealth of wedding knowledge. She is also kind, helpful, easy to work with and has tons of creative ideas to share. During my wedding planning process, Zeina was constantly available via a text and email and encouraged me to contact her with quesitons. At first I intended on only using Ever After Events for rentals and bartenders, but after a few months of planning I decided to hire a day of coordinator from them as well. I’m so glad I did. Kendyll, our day of coordinator, took care of everything for us during the wedding. She helped set up chairs and decorations before the ceremony, made sure the reception was running on time, and even cleaned up multiple broken glasses throughout the night. She took care of all the details and issues so we could relax and enjoy the wedding. Both Zeina and Kendyll met us at the venue the morning after the wedding to help us pack up all the decorations. The bartenders we hired from Ever After Events were great. They appropriately served all our guests while maintaining a fun atmosphere. There was never much of a line for the bar. They kept the dinks stocked and glasses clean. If you’re planning a wedding or other large event in the Bellingham area hire Ever After Events. You’ll be glad that you did.

When I sat down with Zeina to talk about my wedding day and showed her pictures, she immediately envisioned what I was envisioning. On the wedding day...oh my: it was so beautiful. She had Broadway Hall shining with candles, sunflowers, lights, and beautiful drapes. She kept to the timeline and was making sure that me and the groom were hydrated and eating. In addition, the ice cream sundae bar was amazing. I didn't have to worry about anything because she took care of it all. Also, during the wedding planning process, she sent me emails and text messages with updates and kept me informed about what she was going to be doing up to the wedding day. Zeina coordinated our wedding two weeks ago and everything was absolutely perfect. From the drapery her husband did, to the gorgeous flowers, and the way she turned my thrift store finds into the absolutely perfect decor. Zeina was wonderful to work with! We originally were just looking for a caterer, but ended up asking her to do our linens, centerpieces, set up our cupcakes, and a few other odds and ends. We're vegan, and Zeina's chef did an AMAZING job with the food - we received compliments from so many of our non-vegan guests! The tables were gorgeous, and every single other detail that Zeina took care of was absolutely perfect. We're so glad we went with her company!!!

I cannot recommend Zeina and Ever After Events enough. Zeina is professional, communicative, and is always 10 steps ahead. She made my wedding go so smoothly, answered all of my tiniest questions, and made me feel like I could just relax and have fun on the day of. Although I hired Zeina just as a day-of coordinator (not a full-on wedding planner), she was always available via email or text to answer my questions before the big day. I also had Ever After Events cater, and everyone at the wedding raved about the food. We served prime rib and salmon, and one thing that was really nice is that the guests did not have to make a choice before the wedding. There was enough for everyone to have whatever they wanted in the moment. You can tell right away that Zeina has done this a million times. She knows so much about weddings in general but also so much about all of the local vendors in town. She has great recommendations for whatever you might be looking for. And although you can tell she’s done this so many times before, she makes you feel like your wedding is super special and important. One of the best parts is that you do not have to worry about breaking everything down at the end of the night; she and her incredible crew took care of all of that! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it! You will not regret it!

Zeina and her crew made our rentals, set up, take down, and bar service a total breeze. This company has and can do it all - not to mention they have a total eye for detail and very responsive with emails and requests. Zeina has an eye for detail, which is apparent in the weddings she does. I've included some photos of our tables she and her crew set up at Broadway Hall for our wedding. 100% would work with her again if we had an event and you should do the same.

I don't know how Zeina does it. Every time we talked with her we felt we were on top of everything. She made our wedding virtually stress free. I really couldn't have imagined a better end product. This wedding was a dream come true thanks to all the work she did! People were amazed at how on time our wedding was and being natural and not militant. We miss not working with her, just an absolute joy. Couldn't recommend anyone to work with any aspect of a wedding more than her! Hard not to love Zeina and the product she produces!
