I am a highly organized person, and still, I found it important to find a coordinator that could be a "second me" at my wedding so that I could enjoy my special day having fun with the people I cared about instead of worrying about details such as table numbers. I interviewed a few people, and was very happy to have connected with Soha and Jenny. They were intent on understanding my needs and requirements from the start, and offered tons of advice and support during the planning process even though we had a day-coordinator contract. On the actual day, two outcomes stood out the most for me: 1) the day was carried out seamlessly per the agreed upon schedule, and 2) the church and ballroom were styled beautifully, just an exquisite sight! Overall, I was glad to see my investment into their assistance pay off tenfold; the day would not have been as relaxing and comfortable, or as gorgeous and unforgettable if I did not have them with me. We were lucky enough to have the bests in the industry all because of having the best planner in the country, Countdown events did an amazing job not only on the day of the wedding, but also how to gathering everything together, referring and introducing all trades, and also how to communicate with all of them, arranging everything from the venue to the decor to the floral design to the photography and videography. Our wedding was a kind of last minute, we finalize the date only 2 months before, but the way that how everything went smoothly and organized was like everything had been arranged for a year! and having Jenny from Countdown events at All Phases and in every situation was an absolute relief. Choosing CountDown events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. They are a very experienced and professional team. Since our very first meeting about event’s details, they exactly understood the vision I had in mind for my wedding and they executed everything in a perfect way. I’m a very particular person with obsessive attention to details and not too easy to work with, and I had very specific ideas about a lot of things. I usually have to explain things many times or micromanage people to get the result I want but it was different with them. They inspired a lot of confidence and showed they can be relied on for everything I wanted. I had such a piece of mind for my wedding day and was very confident that they would manage everything perfectly and they did! During the process, always, I just had to say what I wanted once, and it would happen without me having to follow up or check on things or having to explain any further. We went through a lot of ups and downs and changed the date several times because of COVID, and eventually had to finalize everything in three weeks and I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to put everything together in such a flawless way in such a short amount of time but this team. Jenny was always pleasant and very patient and responsive. She had a backup plan for everything! Soha is amazing and in our design meetings she led the process with professionalism and passion and great attention to details and she didn’t stop until we got the perfect result! My wedding day was a perfect day. Everything went great and exactly how we planned. Matin was very helpful and always available whenever I needed anything and took such a good care of me. I had A LOT of stuff at the venue, many things for my Sofreh, a lot of personal stuff for my hair and make up, cameras,extra jewelries, extra shoes, extra dresse, veil, cause I changed everything, many little items ... And matin packed everything at the end of the day. When I opened my suitcases the next day I was soo impressed with the way everything was packed individually and placed beautifully with such a care and attention (even the bobby pins!) and it was a perfect ending to a perfect process! If you have a wedding or an event, CD is definitely the way to go!

It's been almost a year since our wedding and I am still amazed at how Jenny and the team orchestrated our fairytale wedding. This review is coming from the perspective of a groom that wasn't the most hands-on in the roughly year-long planning process. We didn't have to take any time from our busy work schedules or even sacrifice any time from travelling or our social lives but CountDown Events took on the massive workload and delivered the wedding of my Wife's dreams and a day that I still dream about to this day. Our wedding was a 16/10. There were no missteps by their team but there are always surprises when dealing with so many different people, personalities and vendors. Jenny and the team are so plugged into the wedding industry that they can easily overcome these surprises with their contacts and resources. I've always imagined I would be featured in magazines like ESPN or TIME as a child. Now that I am older and understand that those dreams were quite farfetched, being featured on WedLuxe Magazine has been such a wonderful surprise. And this is all thanks to CountDown Events! To conclude, I know there are some future grooms out there reading this review and are battling to answer the age old adage "Is it worth it to hire a wedding planner when I am capable of doing it myself?"
