Went for some skating with my son's school. Lots of fun, my only complaint being that its impossible to find a rental skate that fits all dimensions of one's foot at once. -_- I'm pretty sure this isnt Prospera's problem, but a universal axiom, so I'll give them a pass on this count.

Great arena for this size town. However, once you go in you cannot step out. Why can they not scan your ticket upon re-entry is odd. Not liking this especially if I need to step out on deck. Probably will not attend many events at Prospera with that in place.

They allow indoor walking on the third floor now. Our Seniors walking group go here if it's raining or snowing. Thru the Chiefs office and sign in and out. Not many here walking last Thur. 6 of us and enjoyed our coffee at the 9th End Cafe after our walk.

The heaters don't work and have not worked for quite some time. If you have a hockey game there, make sure to bring a blanket or some to put down on the metal bleachers. Arena is nice otherwise.

Good local venue. Hockey game announcer maybe carries on way too much and way too loud. A challenge to socialize with people sitting with you during intermissions. They can likely dial back the volume for a lot of the banter and advertisements. Then the rock band comes on and you could barely hear them. Low volume and tinny?? What was with the all-game long bashing of a drum even during play? Whoever that drummer was needs to learn to give it a break. Really really annoying. Was coming from mid ice seating area penalty box side of the rink (north). Good amenities. Had the pizza. No condiments at station to add to it like hot sauce, Parmessan cheese etc. Canned beer good price and draft beer ultra small serving for draft. Molson Canadian or Coors Light only on tap. They used to have a Rickards Red on tap which was a nice ale but not anymore. All in all good entertainment maybe bring ear plugs to drown out the announcements and cow bells and horns then remove ear plugs when the band comes on to make sure you can hear them! I like the rink and part of our community but just pointing out some of the things I noticed tonight.

Made for our local hockey team the chiefs...great looking building hosting more than just the chiefs these days. Only been in there once as a commercial extra in a mass crowd.

The showers are often too hot or too cold and usually have black mould in them. Ice staff are very friendly though and do the best with what they have.

It was ridiculously cold inside the arena. Whoever runs this place needs to show some respect for the paying public and turn the heat on in the building.

Nice venue for watching local hockey games also secondary rink for skating lessons, kid league and beer league teams. Beverage service setup for Chilliwack chiefs games could be better.

Great ice big spacious but please don't be lazy with your schedule board came here bunch of times only to find I went to the wrong dressing room. Public ice skating staff are fine with more stuff than twin rinks.

I went here to watch a Chilliwack hockey game. It was my first experience here but wow it was fun. It was only maybe 1/4 filled up but you could feel the excitement and dedicated fans. They got lots of food options and serve alcohol and not overly ridiculously priced. They have 50/50 as you expect and local charities doing their own thing which is great. A good time was had and I'll come back again.

I have been here to watch last years and this years NHL alumni (old timers) vs. the Chilliwackers games. The Chilliwackers represent the Chilliwack society for community living, and this game they put on every year is fun, entertaining, and is a great fundraiser as well! Prospera centre provides the perfect venue! It is a bright and energetic environment and everyone really enjoyed themselves! Great place, great game!

Seating for the main rink is good, a lot of seats, but for rink 2 there is a small amount of seating. Both rinks tend to have bumps and gauges in the ice as well.

Chilliwack Chiefs games are fun to watch there, tickets aren't too expensive. However the actual ice quality when going for skates yourself can be pretty bad. For sure it varies from time to time but the poor quality ice compared to good ice is way too high.

The Coliseum appears weary and worn. It could use some love and attention. Address the interior heating problem, repair vending machines, enhance the very poor lighting in the parking lot for starters. A general interior facelift would help. This building should be a place of pride for Chilliwack. It seems rather underutilized to me. It meets the needs of the Chiefs and partial needs of minor hockey. It should cover a wider range of community activities year round.

Excellent facility for community functions. Attended my grandsons graduation ceremony for 436 grads with each grad having 6 invites and only 2 thirds of the building was full. Plenty of parking. Great venue for the Chilliwack Chiefs WHL hockey team.

Our walking group uses the walk area on the third floor for Tuesday's and Thursday's walk when it is raining or when the snow comes. Enter thru the Chief's office and register at the desk just in case of covid.

The arena has lots of parking if you wanna pay for it during events. Lots of washrooms which are kept up great. The consesion line up system interferes with walkways .... and it would be nice to see them put markers and signs up about people standing in the walkways ... the arena is almost getting to the point now that it needs a facelift plus there's always leaks. Would be awesome to see them invest a little more into the arena and host more events other than just hockey and public skating
