Pros: The hall was very spacious and was complimented by nice ceiling draping. My experience: While doing a walk through, AG and myself discussed the details, pricing, etc. We agreed my timeframe would be from 12pm-5pm (event started at 1pm) At this time, I informed AG my planner stated she needed 2 hours to set up properly. He then explained there is a $75 per hour up charge. He volunteered by stating, he’d be there an hour before my event to get everything situated (lights on, tables, etc.) so my decorator could come during that time. I booked my baby shower almost two months prior to the event and paid my invoice by the due date. The day before my event, I didn’t get a confirmation call or text. I thought to reach out myself but from what is displayed online, they seemed to always book frequently so I figured, no need, because things will run seamlessly. The day of my event, my planner called me at 11:12am and explained the doors were locked. I immediately called AG a few times. Once I received a call back, I told him the situation. I don’t know if it was just me but his voice didn’t sound like he even had any recollection to even having an event scheduled. Anyhow, he said he’d be there in about 5 minutes. This then pushed back my decorator’s set up time. When I arrived, it was a tragedy! AG did inform me during the walk through, he doesn’t set up tables (understandable) but he didn’t even have them pulled out yet from the back. Guest were arriving and the planner and her team were still setting up. It was completely embarrassing. After the event, I briefly spook to AG and I mentioned to him about him, not being on time and he said, no, no, no remember I told you, there were no guarantees!? I was no, you NEVER said that. He said, yes I did! That was the icing on the cake! I was already having a high risk pregnancy due to preeclampsia. I actually went into labor 4 days later and this stressful situation didn’t help by any means. I then later was informed by my planner, AG didn’t arrived until almost 12pm. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Because I gave my daughter 21st birthday party there and everything was perfect the way they decorate the hall for her and put that smile on her face let me know they did a good job and I will give another party dear and let people know that they very possession????????
