Working with Karen and her team was nothing short of an AMAZING experience! It felt like she was with us every step of the way! We felt like she was just as excited as we were and we could tell she was genuinely happy for us. That alone made working with her so easy and effortless. She always answered all our questions, answered every email and we never felt like we were "bothering" her. She was simply amazing! We were so thrilled over every little detail we had chosen! From the invitations, to the flowers and all the decor, Karen helped to make our wedding day the fairytale we had always dreamed of! I originally became familiar with Gail's at the Wedding Show this past January. While talking with Karen it was clear she had a passion for her job and took it seriously. I met with Karen in February and haven't looked back since. I feel as though Karen knows exactly what I want, sometimes even before I know myself. Karen has a fine eye for decorating as well as floral arrangements. My suggestion would be to find out for your self the level of professionalism that Karen has, and notice how she strives to treat each client as if they were her only one. I honestly cannot wait to see Karen's hard work being displayed at our wedding. Her prices are completely reasonable, and in fact, far better than her competition. I would strongly recommend saving judgment until you have the opportunity to work alongside Karen and fully see what she has to offer you. I am excited for the wedding when I can brag to everyone about what an awesome decorator/florist I had for my special day.

I definitely do not agree with these negative comments, and believe for the same reason as the other person, that this is the finest shade of jealousy there is! These girls are extremely helpful, respectful, generally true people, and that is respected in store owners. I went there to make my 40 page scrap book for my dad that i had just met. I needed it done in a month. Anyone who is a Scrap Booker knows, 100+ photos, in a 40 page lay out, and being a first timer.. doesn't seem likely to be done in a month, unless it is the only thing you are doing.. well because of Gail i was able to finish it for fathers day and share my entire life with someone who missed out! There would have been no way without her! And i believe i owe her a lot. Karen is an amazing person too. Her flower arrangements are very elegant! Made with patience and passion each time! She always makes them full, and i believe her prices are amazing for the work she does! I have also had the pleasure of seeing some of the halls she has decorated, can DEFINITELY!! see my wedding being done by them! You receive an amazing deal for all the stuff you get, and they work within your budget! She is a very hard worker! And strives too see her brides as happy as the next! So as for the negative comments, humans will always find something negative in a positive lining. We just need to use our judgement and ask yourself, will you let a couple angry people ruin your chance at seeing the truth.. I would totally recommend Gail`s Flowers and Crafts!

The decorations for the wedding were amazing. Loved how to whole room turned out. The flowers and bouquets turned out good. But i was disappointed a little. When I booked I asked for a certain flower and was told she had them however when it came time to make the bouquets she no longer carried the flower I had my heart set on for my wedding bouquet. In the end it did turn out pretty but not what i wanted originally. But them decorations in the hall looked amazing and I loved how it looked.

I was in Gail's flowers today and just had to write a review, and disagree with the negative comments left below. My daughter and I were in making arrangements for her wedding, and once seeing what there was to offer, we booked all of their services. Both mother and daughter were very heplful, polite and knowledgeable. There were no pressure tactics and the bill was very detailed. We were given a copy of all totals, and the cost of services were the most reasonable in the area, as we had both shopped around. We left very happy and my daughter was delighted to leave her wedding in such capable hands. The negative comments would make one tend to believe, that you may be a competitor of Gail, and you are finding that you can't compete, as you are out of your league! Maybe you could learn a lesson or two from Karen and Gail. We will both be repeat customers in the future and will let family and friends know of the wonderful experience. When working with the public and having a business that revolves around the wedding industry, I find it very difficult to believe that Gail or Karen would tell someone that their marriage would not last. They both have had this business for years, and would not have such a excellent business last, with that attitude. --- It's funny that I come back today, and find this message that I wrote a few months back. I have noticed that there are only a few comments that have names attached to them, and one person " agreed with Allison". These few comments were posted by people that had not left a name. How would one know who the comment was left by? Sounds like a setup to me. ---

We booked with Gail's after meeting with Karen at the Wedding Show and knew right away we were in good hands. At our first meeting we went over some details but decided to let Karen get creative with our backdrop. We knew we wanted lots of candles and did she ever deliver. We had no idea what we'd find when we walked in to our ceremony but we were blown away to find a stunning backdrop of what seemed like hundreds of floating candles. I can't believe how beautiful our ceremony and reception were and I know we made the right choice when we decided to go with Gail's. Karen was easy to get in contact with, always answering my questions and emails quickly. She was so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Karen and her team at Gail's are really the best of the best and we are SO happy they were a part of our perfect day!
